We are working actively with the customer and are replacing the fixture for the customer. we will speak to the customer directly again and make sure he is satisfied with the replacement

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to order them and you never returned my emails, yes you...

rejected the first offer, but then I said I wanted to purchase two of them for the $149.00 price. you never responded which I ended up calling instead and spoke to Aby K[redacted] and he told me that the price was $256.00 not $149.00, after being hung up on a few times  that is when this all started, terrible customer service, you don't just hang up on people,  I feel you should honor the price that was originally posted on your web site

I am rejecting this response because:I will close the complaint once I received the refund.  I have not been satisfied with communication thus far.  In fact, no action was taken until I involved both my bank, and the Revdex.com.  Therefore, I will keep both agencies involved until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction.  If customer service would have been more responsive in my previous attempts to solve the issue at hand I would not have had to bring in outside parties.

[redacted] As we spoke on the phone with Heather from [redacted], I stated return labels will be resent in 30 minutes. I have resent the return label and stated you to confirm as well. I would appreciate if you communicate via email to the email chain for the return request rather than Revdex.com.Again I apologize for the inconvenience frustated but we are not interested in holding your money. As soon as the fans are returned back to us, we will issue full refund Admin

As stated in our response, we tried the best we could to accomadate the customer. However the manufacturer does not ship out mirrors separately from the cabinets. they made an exception for the customer but obviously there is a charge to it. we understand customer's frustation but shipping mirrors by itself is expensive in the ecommerce world

with the degree of negligence and deception (i.e. stating that return labels were sent when they were not), I am concerned that I may not even receive a refund once the return is complete.

[redacted] you ordered 2 different models of the outdoor lights. we shipped you the instock model of 2 quantities and advised the other one will be shipped end of this month. if it was the same model and 4 quantities, we would not have shipped out till confirmation from you. We still have the order...

open right now. Please advise if we need to cancel the backordered items. we dont want a situation where it is shipped out and you decide to cancel. Please let us know right away[redacted]
