The customer placed the order on 9/and called us on 9/to cancelThe link for the digital images was emailed to her on 9/We explained that she can't cancel an order once it has been placed and she does have the picturesWe resent the link to her since she said she did not receive it.? ?

I am so sorry about this [redacted] is the company that does the hospital pictures and I will forward this complaint to them as wellI will cancel the saleIt looks like we have not cashed the check yet and we will try to pull itIf we do deposit it we will send a refundI will also email a link to a gallery to view the pictures againThe customer can order directly from there if they would likeThe gallery does allow to order individual pictures and can be shared with familyI have also notified the Designers manager to let them know the complaint that was filedShe should have tried to work with youPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I viewed the pictures with the designer on the join.me website, it was not possible to see the poor qualityThe designer should have mentioned this prior to an order being madeIt was not possible to know the poor quality before I committed to the orderI ordered the smallest package $397, but could have made the mistake of ordering a larger package without ever being recommended to get them touched upThe "design" service is deceptive, and this company and services provided are not comparable with other similar companiesI just want to reiterate that it was impossible to view that the pictures were bad before I ordered themI think the company should own up to this Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer placed this order on 11/The payment was run at that point and the order sent to the labIt was shipped on 11/The customer called us on 11/to try to cancel at which point it was explained that they can't cancel thisThe invoice emailed o 11/explains our no cancellation policyThey then called us on 11/to move the payment dates on the future paymentsWe have not heard from them about any issues with the printsWe would be happy to try to fix any issues they have with the prints and will contact them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My name is [redacted] filed a complaint against a company called Lifeback in DecemberClaim # [redacted] The company was playing phone tag with me and every time I would call them right back it would only go to the voicemail of the customer service rep that was handling the issueI left four massages and only received two calls backThe Revdex.com closed the caseI'm still extremely dissatisfied with this company and wish to reopen the claimI will also be emailing the company and calling them again today when I get a break from workIf you could please inform me of what to do, that would be great!? This company took advantage of me and lied about the contract that was signed over the phoneI really would like to be reimbursed with no further charges incurred.? I spoke to customer today and told her I will reprint the pictures if something is wrong with them that we can fixShe said she does not like themI tried to get information about what we can fix for herShe did not like the paper we use but I can't fix that because we only use the one kind of high quality non gloss paperI asked a again if there was anything else wrong with them and she said she would call us back.

I spoke to the customer and we are reprinting the pictures for them

The complaints that the customer had against *** I will forward to their companyI do not see that the customer prepaid for the sittingsWe had called her and offered a new sitting with no session fee because she had ordered the CD the last timeI show notes that she did tell the person who
scheduled her this year about the name being spelled wrong and we will fix that and send a new cdOther than that I show no contact from the customer to have this fixedI have left the customer a voicemail to call me

We credited this customer's credit card for on 2/10/The pictures could not be corrected

This order has been corrected and the customer has received the corrected orderIt is our policy to hold shipment for declined paymentsWe hope that this customer is now satisfied with her order

The customer did view and order her pictures on 12/8/and made an order which was shipped on 12/- business days laterShe did agree to the price and did see the pictures before ordering themIf she had any issues with the images and wanted touch ups she should have asked the designer at the
time of viewingWe do not do touch ups unless requestedShe called us on 12/that she did not have the cd yet and we emailed her a link to download the imagesThe tracking says the package was delivered on 12/22/We did not do any special shipping nor did she pay for thatThe is our standard shipping and handling charge
