Again I have spoken to the customer who called in I did explain to him the internet price and dealer fees I explained to him any negotiations would be at the managers discrection We never agreed on a set price.I have no need to be dishonest I am only an employee that works for Formula Auto Imports

I have spoken to [redacted] and I have told her that I finally received the replacement title.and that I was registering her vehicle for her She will received her New Jersey Plates today.I had to also confirm that the address on the insurance card had been reported and change at DMV, it did not correspond to the addresson the drivers license I call her to make certain the change was made She assured me that itwas I will notify her today to come to the office at 5:pm to received her plates.In regards to the payoff the check was mailed out We have the copy of the check in her file.Any questions in regards to the payoff she can contact [redacted] who handles all the payoffsat [redacted] Thank you@

My name is [redacted] from Formula Auto Imports.I did stand on line for 4hrs in the department of Motor Vehicle in Lodi.I did process the paper work for Mr [redacted] ***He wanted to transfer his personal plates I found out at ***that his personal plate registration had expired and they could notregister the transfer of plates to him.They have provided him with new plates We had called the customerto come in pick up his plates only to have or sales associate cursed out by [redacted] .All customers are required to sign out for the [redacted] Plates This is protocal.Any questions, please provide us with a call at ###-###-####He refuses to come to the dealership to pick up the plates This is not our fault[redacted] Formula Auto Imports

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the address on my license has been changed since October 2015; the sticker is placed on the back of my license and their excuse of of having my plates ready for two and a half months later is unacceptableThere has been prior complaints filed in my neighborhood to the management office due to Formula having to replace the temporary license plate Furthermore, check # [redacted] that was supposedly issued to [redacted] was not yet been received, which a delinquency was reported to the credit bureau, and affected my credit score/status There were several calls made to the dealership as well as personal visits, and each time the same story was told They had stated that a check went out to [redacted] in December and story that was given to me was that the check "was sitting on someone's desk" on Mini's end, however no copy of the first check was ever provided by the dealership After time and time again of calling and stopping in at their place of business, I was told a second check was issued (in January), which I was given a copy of, but no actual proof that the check had went out (which mini has yet to receive for the payoff) Regards, [redacted] ***

My name is Myra from Formula Auto ImportsI will respond to the complaint expedited by the consumer.For starters I have spoken to the customer yesterday his paperwork was processed and sent out to Albany for processing.I am awaiting his plates, registration, and Inspection from NYS.There was a issue in registering this vehicle in that the his mother was the purchaser of the vehicle and all the paperworkhas been expedited in his mothers name.When I reviewed the insurance identification card the insurance identification card was in the son's name.I had called the customer and informed him that I needed the insurance identification card in his mother's name.He stated that he would be registering the vehicle and that his mother would be the title holder.In addition to this I did not have his drivers license in the file and he had to forward it to me.When I viewed his drivers license his insurance identification card did not match the address on the licensehe had to obtain another identification card.So time had lapse I have all copies of the reissued paper work all logs of phone calls expedited.I have no problem in providing you with such documents In addition to this I have spoken to the customeryesterday and informed him that I should be receiving his plates momentarily I have conversation with himyesterday March 22, 2016.In addition to this the loan was done in his mother's name he is no where on the loan I explained to him that I would list him as the registrant and his mother the title owner.His paper work is up in Albany with Ms [redacted] in Albany If you have any additional questions kindly contact me at ###-###-#### I am always at your service!!!

I am rejecting this response because: Today is day from the being of this contracted agreement I have not received the registration and plates The reply to this complaint stated I would have the required DMV documents this week I also have not received a courtesy call from Formula auto imports, I should not,and will not extend myself any more than I have I request the company to kindly contact me "the paying customer" and give me an update as to when I will receive the registration and plates The company fee's are paid, please complete the service

Sorry for the delay, the truck was paid off by our floor plan in *** *** ***They denied us from flooring the vehicle at first and we were never advisedWe spoke with next gear and the vehicle has been flooredThere was a miscommunication between next gear and formulaEverything is
resolved now sorry once again, thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Since the very first initial phone call to the dealership inquiring about the vehicle I spoke with Myra, the very first question before I proceeded to ask questions about the car was "is it possible to have a family relative secure a loan and have the car registered in someone else's name" the response was YesI've been more than your average patient person with this caseConsidering I requested the vehicle to be in my name was the reason why I added the vehicles insaurance in my nameIf there was an issue with insaurance not matching the registration that is something that should of been addressed at the time of purchase, not a month after I leave the lot and plates are expiredThe original issues goes back to the dealership selling vehicle without title or without proper documentation before being sold which I only found out weeks after the purchaseI was informed by John the finance manger that there was an issue with the title where they had to send it back somewhere and wait for it to returnThis delayed the process which was not my fault not my problemWhat aggravates me the most is the simple fact I'm told I will get a phone call back and never doI was told 3/22/I would get a phone call back with tracking number of plates and am still waitingI am currently serving on active duty orders and my time is very very limited to have to go out my way every single day making phone calls left and right to figure out why it's taking close to two months for platesEvery month I am making a car payment and insurance on a vehicle I cannot drive or leave on base due to expired tags.

notarized.I had to contact the originating dealership which we obtained the title fromfor a original Lien release with the notarzied seal.I have received the lien release today from *** *** *** ***and the original document was notarized by *** ** *** Notary Publin State of Texaif you would like to confirm this statement you can call ###-###-####Mr*** *** was told that we needed the lien release notarized This wasnot our fault that the originating dealership did not notarized this document.I will now process Mr*** *** paperwork and we will both have someresolved I apologize for the inconvenience.If you presently have any questions, kindly contact me at ###-###-####Thank you!*** ***Formula Auto Imports

Regardless of the details, there are 3 pertinent facts for which this business was dishonest and misleading:1- the disputed car was advertised by the business for $22991 without any mentions of "additional fees" exceptfor taxes and title fees. 2- I offered to pay them the advertised price. 3- the business refused to sell the car for the advertised price and added $3190 under the title of "Shop and cleaning and delivery fees", none of which were mentioned on the price posted by them nor mentioned when big me and my brother in law called to inquire about the priceI am not interested in the car as I proceeded to buy another car. If they are not willing to compensate me for the expenses, that is fine as well. What I believe is not okay; is the misleading advertisement of the business aimed to lure the customer to their dealership only to add more money to the price. This is a dishonest practice.

My name is [redacted] from Formula 1 Auto Imports.  I did speak with this customer and her brother on more than 1 occasion.I had made her aware that we were getting the title from the bank.  I had also informed her that I had sent her paperworkout to be processed.  In conclusion her plates were received  Monday afternoon along with her registration and inspectionand forward to a different address than on the actual paperwork on file.   We had fedex her plates and registration and inspectionand this matter is resolved. Thank you![redacted]Formula 1 Auto Imports

I am rejecting this response because:As of 7/10/2015, US Bank has no record of receiving a payment. I was never informed by formla that a 3rd party was involved with the process. I was told the check continued to go to the wrong bank and was returned on several different occasions. After receiving this information I was sure to provide them with the accurate information for us bank. As a result of  us bank not receiving a payment  since 4/30/2015, it has effectived my credit report and completely demolished the credit ive been working so hard to maintain. I have also accrued late payments. I thinl formula should provide me with a detailed letter explaining this to us bank so they can remove the delinquent payments off of my credit report. I can't believe this has taken this long and has become such a disruptive  budden on my life.
