Attention [redacted] As agreed by you in the beginning there was a trip fee for sending a technician out to your residence to diagnose the initial problemThis fee was for the amount of $plus TXThis was agreed by you and the company or the technician would have never came to your place of residence The refund that you will receive like we stated before will be for the amount you paid less the trip fee which will be $plus tax We will send you your refund to the address that we have on file

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The facts are the dishwasher is still not working The house where the new pump attaches is cracked where the new pump was installed Everything stated is true except the dishwasher leaked and I contacted the company within hours of the services call All text messages are recorded In addition, all of this was known by the company upon entering into the agreement They never said the appliance was too old to repair They never said they couldn't get parts The entered into an agreement and took my money for an annual service contract I was told they were too busy to come on one occasion Finally, the company is NOT LICENSED to do business in Suffolk County They leave no contact information, address or name of anyone This is all found out after they receive payment Very accommodating until they received payment Then their system breaks down I offered the refund of my contract only because I could see they were incapable of making the repairs They came three times with two men and each time failed to make the repair They left parts in my garage They left the drain disconnected under my sink They have offered to fix the dishwasher on one hand and state the parts are not available on the other Again, after taking my money knowing the age and condition of the applianceThis is about a company that surely does not have the consumer in mind In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I contacted the company to repair my dishwasher on 122015. When they arrived the technician said he needed to order a part and that the company offers an "Annual Service Contract Agreement" that would include repairs to all of my appliances including HVAC, plumbing and heating. After taking my money, I was informed that a part needed to be ordered and they would return the following week. After several attempts (and flooding my kitchen) the dishwasher is still not working and no resolution has been made. It is now 22016 and the company is now coming tomorrow, 22016, to make the repairs after threatening to file a formal complaint.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Heat and Appliance Crew regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have had several emails with MrK [redacted] ( [redacted] ***) Park, who promised a return of my money several weeks agoHis email address is [redacted] I have yet to receive the funds, even though MrP*** advised, in writing on October **, 2015, that he would return the money However, he said that the funds would be sent out at the beginning of November in accordance with their "accounts payable procedure" that they allegedly have in place To date, I have not received the fundsThey keep assuring me this is a legitimate company and not a scam However, the reason they have not responded to your letters is that the address I gave to the Revdex.com (which I obtained from a "***" website), is that of a woman who advised it is a private residence and that she never heard of this companyI again contacted [redacted] last week (all of the discussions are by way of email) and he assured me this was a legitimate business and that the owner would be contacting me To date, however, I have not heard form the owner and still have not obtained a return of my moneyI have located several telephone numbers for the company, as follows: ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### ###-###-#### All numbers I call go to voice mail Seems to be the same voice mail message for all numbers Interestingly, they pick up when I call from a number that they do not recognizeThank you for your help In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern:
We are sorry about this complaint that you felt you needed to write however when writing a complaint you must try to keep it in the realm of what is near truthAs per your statements made about the actions of this company were not accurateTherefore
we feel we have the right to explain the actual events that occurred*** *** called our company looking to repair his dishwasherHe stated that it hasn't ran for quite awhile and which it was not working properlyHe mentioned that the dishwasher was not washing the dishes nor was it completing a full wash cycleWe then explained the process in which we do service calls and the pricing of how we chargeWe explained to *** *** that there is a service call charge and or what also is known as a trip fee and how if and when he decides to have the repair done by us he would not have to pay the service/trip fee at all*** *** agreed willfully on his own free will to those regulationsTherefore we then agreed on a time and dispatched guys which was technician and his helperUpon arrival there was a Viking dishwasher that was around the age 8-years old that was filled with water and bacteria due to unit sitting there for quite some timeThe techs proceeded to vacuum out the waste water and started their diagnosis of the applianceAt that time they turned on the dishwasher and observed the actions of the appliance at that time in which there was no response except that of a minor humming noise coming from the base of the applianceThen then proceeded to remove the appliance from its place to better observe the dishwasherAfter doing some investigations they came to the conclusion that there was a faulty discharge pump and that it needed to be replacedThey then proceeded to advise *** *** of the situation and what they found and how much it would be for the repairHe willfully agreed once again to the proposal which the company gave him and they proceeded to move forwardHowever there was an option that was given to *** *** that he could purchase an annual service contract on these appliances and other aspects that were within the contract and he also agreed to that as well *** *** then was advised that the parts would have to be ordered and what time time frame that would be expected in deliveryHe was also informed that when the parts arrive that he would be contacted to make arrangements to have the part installedHowever there were situations that made the time not perfectly on the mark but *** *** was informedWhen the part arrived *** *** was notified of the part arrival and was asked to make the appointment and it was madeThe techs did return with the part and did install the part into the dishwasher and returned the dishwasher to its place of originThe dishwasher was tested times with the quick wash and was shown to the representative that was at the residence at that timeThe appliance did fill and wash as well as rinse and drainWith no leaksA day or two later *** *** contacted us to mention that the dishwasher was leaking and could we return to diagnose further and we agreedThe same techs returned and removed the dishwasher and found that the appliance had a crack in the base of the support where the pump locked into the baseThe technician did advise *** *** at that time of the findings and *** *** then accused the technician of causing that new found damageThe technician denied the accusation and contacted the office for further guidance and was told to advice *** *** that they will look for the damaged part and order itAfter much searching and time due to the age and model of the unit the part was not available*** *** contacted our company advising us that he wanted his full refund back or else he would make complaints to all authoritiesWe pleaded with *** *** to allow us to make good on this issue by sending the techs to come back and by all means possible repair the damaged issue themselves with all means possible*** *** was firm and had his mind made up and was presenting what seemed to be his rulesHe was looking for us to make an offer
Which seemed not morally correctWe were asking to have a chance to make right just to please him and he was more interested in threatening the company and wanting a full refundWe pleaded several times stating that we did complete what was asked of us meaning diagnosing the problem and getting the part needed and installing that part and checking to see if it worked however there was another issue that needed to be taken care of and we asked to rectify that problem as well and *** *** seemed displeased or not interestedWe them offered him to allow us to attempt to repair the dishwasher plus a cash amount of $and he denied that as wellThen finally we offered the refund less the agreed trip fee that was agreed too and less the part that was ordered and installed and he denied that as wellI'm this matter we believe that we've tried all ways to make this customer happy and to rectify what originally was the goal of having a working dishwasherIt seems to is that *** *** is not interested in having the dishwasher repaired but has other intentionsAsking for the complete refund in this matter also seems incorrect due to the amount of times our techs were there and the work that they performed and the materials that were bought and installed also due to us trying to return and repair it once again and willingness to give restitution to the customer with cash rebate seems more than fair in this matter
