Thought I was buying a set of plans. What I received was 30 years old outdated plans that were out of national and local codes. Could not use.
Spoke to local engineers and was told that these plans were so far out of date that it made more sense to start from scratch. Plans are over 30 years old. Asking for full refund. They offer a discount on another set of plans. This was only plan that fit my project and they re 30 years old.
