The Jerry Garcia collection c/o StraxArt

On 12/5/18, I responded to an advertisement to order a painting along with a bonus free lithograph, order number ***. On 12/15/18, I received the order but with the wrong bonus lithograph. I reached out to the merchant via email on 1/4/19 and spoke with Eric S who offered to correct the mistake by sending two different small lithographs as the promised lithograph would have to be reprinted and would take two weeks. I agree to the offer in order to correct the error and expedite the process.
As of 2/8/19, I have not received the replacement bonus lithograph promised by Mr. S. I reached out for a status on 1/17/19 and again on 1/28/19 but have not had a response.
