I am not satisfied with the work at all I paid them so they would stop harassing me The experience with them has been awful I purchased stucco tech and the company substituted something called cool coat The painter did not sand, fill, repair or replace the wood as would be needed to have the job look clean This is the process that was explained to me would happen when the sales men came to my house The owner claimed in the prior repose that I was unreasonable and that they tried to come out and fix it three times They came out three times and it still wasn't right They made me feel like I was wrong and made up the whole thing After I paid they provided me with the warranty information that states that all wood needed to be repaired, replaced, filled or sanded prior to applying the stucco tech product I plan to escalate the matter to the contractor's board

Today, we met with Carter, Marketing Manager, at our home to discuss energy efficient replacement windows by The Keys Construction company Carter was very courteous and knowledgeable in helping us get the windows we want for our home The rep that set up the appointment was also very helpful to meet our appointment time needs The process has been exceptional this far
We met with Rudy and Andy from The Keys Construction They arrived for the appointment on time Their presentation was both professional and understandable We were impressed with their knowledge and understanding of the product they were presenting We were so pleased with their presentation that we decided to have them replace our windows with the Anlin windows they presented to us
On 9/20/I got a call early morning about windows told her I don't need cause just had3pella windows put inThen she ask about my faciaboards I told yes needed 3,replacedWe set up app for next day 3pmKurtis Baxter was on time showed me on his laptop the processI was interested So we walked around the house o showed him the boards that needed replacingPlease note he had brought with him a tool you roll to get linial feet he did not bring this tool with him to mesureWe went back in house and he showed me color chart .He only had 1green dark green did not color match and to dark to blend in with all my trims around Windows doors and garage trimSo then I ask him how much this would cost he 8-9000$Now please note he did not any mesduring just grabbed a number out of the airI was upset n told him forget itThen the next I get I call again being told sorry but they did have more color charts told the guy that this time I wanted measured plus I'm only interested in front n backGot appFor 2pm by 2:noone here plus no phonecallCalled cell phone number on card Kurtis answered then came back after he put me on hold was given different answers I hung up he keeped on calling me told him stop calling me n I would give negative reportCause now I wanted alot of less work done mn he tells me still now 9000$This company is crooked that's all I can say would not trust themThen heCalled me back again n asked what he could do stop me from writing a report told him again stop calling me n yes I'm writing reportPlease be carefull

Andy of Keys Construction was extremely well informed regarding replacement windows for my Arizona room He explained the value of the Anlin windows and proved that they really do keep out 99%I of the heat It was a long presentation, but well worth my time I was looking for a contractor, and now I think I've found one that I can trust

We met with Andy on Saturday at the time scheduled and he was right on time and very pleasant to speak with He was helpful in explaining the windows and benefits they offered to our home He was very patient and answered any and all questions and was not pushy in his approach to get us to purchase the windows He in fact kept asking if we were okay with proceeding He set up all the paperwork and made sure everything was in order He then scheduled when Eli would come out to do the final measurements for the windows Eli showed up on Monday at the scheduled time and took the measurements and clarified some more questions that we had regarding which way was the best way to have the windows open for both function and appearance So far are experience with the company has been very positive
