The contractor refuses to fix his sub-par work on my house I contracted him to replace boards or sand down all parts of the house prior to painting the house This was not done in many areas I gave them a chance to fix it and there are still parts of the house that are not painted correctly When I tried to explain my issues to him he belittled me, and talked over me, and told me that the house looks great He even blamed the weather for damaging the part of the paint job that was not fixed when the workers left the second time Kind of a mute point considering that the paint job has a double lifetime warranty (Doesn't he have to fix it anyway.) I do not think it looks great and that is what they promised me He than complained about the price we had agreed upon for the job and that I should be happy because he gave me a great price He even asked me who I knew to get that price I don't know anyone in that company All I know is did not contract for sub-par work

We are looking forward to our replacement windows and working with The Keys Construction
I have damaged wood trim on my home, and I was approached by Carter C***, a rep from Keys Construction, and we had a very informative and pleasant chat about programs that can solve my problem He was very personable and took the time to explain everything carefullySo far my experience with this company has been awesome I'm excites to have the work done
Carter & Robert came out and gave us a quote for new replacement windows and they gave a great presentationAnd we are excited to get them installed! Looking forward to a lower energy bill and a more comfortable home
My Husband and I have always said how we wanted to remodel our master bathroom, especially with my special needs, I knew it was going to be costly I received a cold call regarding getting a "no obligation" quote and while quite hesitant (I hate high pressure) I decided to go for it, so I would know how much we would be expecting to pay when the time was right, and we decided to go for it Andy came out and I was so very pleasantly surprised He looked at our bathroom, and then showed us the benefits of investing in the remodel and gave us options NEVER did he start applying the pressure I so appreciated the detailed and honest information He gave us facts, and warned us of possible issues When it came down to making a decision, he gladly gave me and my husband privacy and as much time as we wanted He answered all questions, and while we did not go into this thinking it was the right time, we gladly made decision to move forward, knowing fully the pros and cons I am so excited! I love all the dealings I've had with this company to date They do what they say and they say what they do Thank you for treating me and my family as your own!

My mother and I had been talking about having our house repainted within the next couple of years, and then we got a call from Keys Construction asking if they could come and give us a presentation on residential home painting with a new paint that reflects heat from the home which will save some on our energy use, and will never need to be repainted againSince both of us are handicapped with mobility problems, never needing to repaint our house again was a very attractive propositionAfter their pitch, we decided to go ahead and have them paint our houseThe workers were very pleasant and did a really good job painting our house and it looks like it is brand new again (It's years old and this was the first time we have had it repainted since we had it built)We are very happy with the results and if the paint lives up to it's claims, we will be even more ecstatic!
We strongly disagree with this complaint. We have been out there and not only fulfilled the contract, we have repainted the customers house three times. We have spent over $12,500 in materials and labor alone for an $8000 contract. We have fixed the wood where possible and repainted her house three...
times. but we could not give her a new home. The customer is being unreasonable. If she wanted to upgrade the entire exterior rather than just a coating job, we could have sold her that too but that is not what she agreed to and signed a contract for. We were not under contract for giving her a new home.
I am not satisfied with the work at all. I paid them so they would stop harassing me. The experience with them has been awful. I purchased stucco tech and the company substituted something called cool coat. The painter did not sand, fill, repair or replace the wood as would be needed to have the job look clean. This is the process that was explained to me would happen when the sales men came to my house. The owner claimed in the prior repose that I was unreasonable and that they tried to come out and fix it three times. They came out three times and it still wasn't right. They made me feel like I was wrong and made up the whole thing. After I paid they provided me with the warranty information that states that all wood needed to be repaired, replaced, filled or sanded prior to applying the stucco tech product. I plan to escalate the matter to the contractor's board.

Keys came out and was very helpful in finding a solution to fix my eves with vinyl soffit and fasciaAndy was very informative and helpful
