Absolutely amazing. Initial contact was great responded promptly with a quote was able to schedule me quickly. They arrived early to do the job. Reviewed with me first what I was wanting and if I needed anything else. Did the job and the carpets look great practically brand new. Will definitely use them again

Had a very bad experience with this tile cleaner. I had just installed brand new carpet 2 days prior to this company coming in to clean my tiles. In the process of cleaning my tile he stained my brand new carpet. Not only did he stain my brand new carpet he stayed some of the bedroom doors and also band up some walls dragging his vacuum hoses throughout the house. Then will trying to get the stains out of the carpet he ended up fraying the carpet. So in order to fix this he had a carpet guy out to the houses to stretch the carpet and cut out the doorways where he had stained. Was not happy with this either. Carpet guy had to stretch the carpet so much he now had to put a patch in because the cutout cut to big along the walls. Very disappointed and I would never use this company again. Not to mention lousy job on the tile cleaning.

He showed up on time and got my carpets cleaned in no time .... they looked great!!

Others have cleaned the grout just to have it remain looking the same, or remove the dirt. This company actually removed the dirt completely, which let the original color of the grout from 10 years ago resurface again!

I have 2 toddlers in the home who sit on light beige microfiber chairs. They were so bad, I was going to get them reupholstered. However, I thought I'd give it a try and have The King Services clean them. Much to my surprise - they looked BRAND NEW! They looked just the way they did when they were brand new! I also used him in a rental home to clean the tile and grout, and it also came out looking awesome.

I can see why they have an A or A+ rating on Revdex.com. Their work is spectacular, and best of all, their prices are great! I have been recommending The King Cleaning Services to my friends and family, and will be using them from here on out.

Diego was such a professional and friendly person to work with. I am always concerned about who will show up at my door but that was not the case with The King Carpet Cleaning. You get notified by text and email who will be showing up, when your appointment is scheduled and when they are in route to your home. This last part I particularly liked so there is no long periods of waiting at home wondering when someone will come. Easy, simple and efficient. The carpet cleaning itself is amazing. The steam cleaning process they use leaves the carpets like new and smelling great! Diego is flexible and does his best to fit your schedule and needs - I even got a same day appointment which was fantastic given my busy work schedule. I will definitley be recommending and using again!
