We contacted The King Carpet Cleaning Service to clean carpets in a couple of our more heavily used buildings. The results were outstanding! Not only did they remove the day-to-day build up, they removed stains that had been a problem for many months. This vendor is responsive, professional and understands the problems with space availability in an educational institution. I'll be a repeat customer!

I've needed services quickly from Diego/The King Carpet Cleaning on two occasions. Both times, Diego showed up when he said he would, gave me a fair price, was very professional, and took pride in his work.

The first time, I was about to move into a rental when I discovered during my walk through that there was a cat living in the house prior to us. Diego was referred by a housekeeper we'd used in the past. He came on his day off--Sunday, because we were moving in the next day. He made the carpets and tile look great and the urine smell was gone. While he was there, we discussed removing the cat dander that was probably in the air ducts. He came a few days after we moved in and did an extensive cleaning of the air ducts and I was no longer sneezing.

The second time was right during the long Thanksgiving holiday. After a death in the family, my mother needed her carpets cleaned immediately. Again, Diego arrived on short notice and did another great job on the her carpets.

What I really thought was great about The King is that there were no upsells, no phony bait and switch quotes over the phone, and an honest carpet cleaning service. I look forward to using his services again as the need arises.
