Review: Registered for ITIL class on 9/**/2015 for 9/**/2015 with cost of $995. Was notified on 9/**/2015 that the class was cancelled due to the instructor having a family issue. Immediately requested a refund. Was told a refund was to be processed and could take up to 30 working days. When I did not receive the refund within 30, contacted the company on 11/*/2015 to request status. Received email back on 11/*/2015 with the excuse that the accounting department was going through "major internal changes" causing a delay in the refund and that I would receive it in 3-5 working days. Still waiting.
It seemed really easy for the company to take my money, but over 30 working days for a refund is incredibly ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I'd like my $995 refund ASAP.
