I am rejecting this response because:It was a family member whom recently passed away that had brought, paid in cash, etcIt was quite odd how this "employee" offered "curb side" service and insisted on helpingIt's besides the point, obviously you have or had a thief working for you who obviously scammed and or ripped off this entire situation and my family, and from what my daughter said it was same female that locked our family out and left our clothes in a dryer all nightMy family and I hope to resolve this issue and if it was myself that had dropped off clothing I would have done and went about all this totally different and definitely paid in a more legal paper trail fashion such as a visa cardSo, could my family get your approval on our clothes that were obviously cleaned so we can put this behind please? I have attached both the letter I responded to the claims adjuster with and what our receipts look like that they would have receivedIn place of Customer Walk In, their name would have appeared on the receipts along with their telephone numberThese people have used the laundromat as self
service customers in the past but I have no record of them using our Wash-Dry-Fold Drop Off Service. Also, I have never been contacted by the consumer regarding this,which seems oddAnd if they knew they would be turning this into their insurance company for reimbursement why did they not ask at either drop off or pick up for some kind of receipt even if they paid in cash? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They ended up giving us a new tv, like we had requested.

We have tried to fix this TV several times, but we cannot replicate the problem. Our repairman has told the customer that as soon as it acts up to call him, and he will go right over to the house.

Hello I received the [redacted]’s second response. Since the aunt is the one who dropped off the laundry maybe it was entered under her name. If they would provide her name I will do some more research. Also do they recall which day and what time their family and friends would have picked up the laundry and maybe a description of the attendant that would have checked them out. And maybe an estimate how many bags of the cleaned and folded laundry they would have picked up.  Also, they stated that it was the same attendant that had locked their clothes in a dryer overnight. aunts name was [redacted] a.K.a. "[redacted]". As for how many bags there were exactly, it was at least 5 or more bags and it was dropped off sometime on March 6th,2017 by my aunt as well as paid for in cash by her. This seems to be an endless circle that we are going in unfortunately and quite bothering too honestly. The individual that was a former employee of yours that obviously scammed my deceased aunt we do know she was younger  around in her mid to late 20's to early 30's and short with long dirty darker hair my daughter said. Anyways, this individual has conned our family into scamming our money as well as our self dignity and definitely our trust as now the damage this person that claimed to be representing your business has brought great mental and physical/emotional harm to this entire family and due to our "luck" in chosing your business to erase the odors of a terrible fire from our children's clothes and discard mattresses they slept on as well etc, your prompt comforting options to resolve this matter in a quick manner has been far from satisfying and if this is how our time sensitive matter is to you then we will take our business elsewhere although my family hopes to have this resolved very soon as our kids are sleeping on the floor because of what this individual did to our family .
