Not a good out come very high turnover of customer service dealt with many people ending up paying way more than was told after my payment plan finished only of credit cards paid off probably could have done a better job dealing with them myself still making payments that I was told would be over months ago Not feeling good about any of it

At first was hard to get in touch with themIbambalways truck driver and hard to talk while drivingSince letting them talk to my wife been really easy

I have been in the program for a couple of years an I had some issues at the beginning cause I was so stressed from credit debt divorce an being told I have cancer but all the people I came in to contact with listen to me had patience with me the last worker on my case was Mike The was great !!!! he made me laugh when I had bad day an didn't have the extra money to finish my last debt he was kind to just listen an say it ok if you are going to be in the program a little longer I was doing great with my payments an keeping them informed of what was going on Mike is really GREAT at what he does to make people feel ok with what is going on around them

Once I was informed of the structure of my debt, and explained the reason why after sinking thousands of dollars to repayment I wasn't making significant grounds in lowering my overall debt I was quick to enroll into the program
When I was I took out a line of credit and thought I was being responsible by getting the Creditor's own insurance to protect myself in case of any sudden financial complications such as job loss or sickness, from what I can remember Once my representative Yanilka C, revealed the high compound interest structure of the insurance on my line of credit had in fact prevented me in paying off my debt in an efficient way I was startled She said this type of arrangement can take up to yrsto resolveI was quite upset learning this, as I feel like after years of payments I should have been closer to repayment Now my debt has been resolved and I no longer have the burden of this on my shoulders It really surprised me how well this program worked I'm very thankful for their services
