As I come to the end of my two and a half year program I would like to thank the staff of Cockburn and Associate LLP. Without their expert help I would still be drowning in ever increasing debt. Thank you to Yakir who convinced me to trust him in the first place. A huge thank you to my case worker Michael T. who is soon to be all done with my file. It feels so good to be out from under the burden of all that debt. I saved over $90,000.00. with this program. Thank you Yakir, Michael and any others that were working on my file.

This Company has lied to me for the last 3 yrs about my debt settlement. they have taken me for more than $8000.00 and have done nothing in the way of helping with my debt. Everytime I tried to find out what they were doing with my money they gave me the runaround.

Approx. 4 years ago I contact The Office of Cockburn and Associates, LLP for help regarding my debts I did not want not to pay them but with a lot of medical issues we were over our head in Debt. They worked out a payment for us and help get all our debts paid off. It has been a hard 4 years , we were on a pension and money was hard In that 4 years I have had 4 surgeries and my husband one 2 of my was major surgery and so was his. A young lady ran into us on our way to the hospital and our van was written of. I am happy to say we now have all our debts paid thanks to Cockburn and associates help. Her service in handling my account is of the highest quality, Miss C is courteous, precisely to the point, astute and meticulous in her seeing that my account is very well reduced within the period as allotted by her office, and I am happy to report that in the next 4 months leading to April 2015 my [redacted] account debt will be completely erased.

I have nothing but praise to report on behalf of Miss Yanilka C and I am thoroughly satisfied with the way she is handling my [redacted] account. Good experience!... Helped me get rid of my debt!... Very much greatful!

I have been in the program for a couple of years an I had some issues at the beginning cause I was so stressed from credit debt divorce an being told I have cancer but all the people I came in to contact with listen to me had patience with me the last worker on my case was Mike T. he was great !!!! he made me laugh when I had bad day an didn't have the extra money to finish my last debt he was kind to just listen an say it ok if you are going to be in the program a little longer I was doing great with my payments an keeping them informed of what was going on
Mike is really GREAT at what he does to make people feel ok with what is going on around them

I have been in the program with Cockburn and Associates for a little over a year now. My excperience with all of the employees has been very posititve and has savedI am part of me quite a few dollars with the negotion skills. I feel like I am part of a team aimed at my interests in becoming debt free.

Been with the Debt program for 2 years and will be out of Debt come June 2016 if my calculations are correct.Have been well treated recieve a call every two to three months seeing how everything is going with me and if I have any questions or concerns regarding my monthly payment.I have not once asked for a payment to be skipped I'm SERIOUS to get my Debt over and done with no matter how much it Hurts.Also learned How to deal with Collection Agencies when they call and getting threatening letters from them,I just Fax them to the Law Firm.

Ihave no complaint with this company ,to date they have been very supported ,and I would recommend this group to anyone ,at present Yanilka is my link and mr Y,they are a great support group as well

I would like to share a review with you about our experience with the Law Office of Cockburn and Associate, LLP
We had a 2 and a half year relationship in which I had to send money to the office so that Cockburn and Associate could then negotiate with my creditors and attempt to reduce the debt I owed to them to a more reasonable amount as my wife and I are seniors on a fixed income and would not be able to pay our debts within our lifetime. Over the 2 and a half years we had a few handlers and the debts were paid off one at a time. I would especially like to mention Michael T. He was able to take the last debt and reduce it to 21% of the total. A few more monthly payments and he will be able to pay that debt off in total. Overall I had a very pleasant and rewarding experience with Cockburn and Associate all of the handlers were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
