Per our phone conversation, regarding complaint # *** I understand the policy regarding not being able to file on behalf of my customersHowever, I was filing on behalf of myself as well, and I am requesting the same resolutionA full refund of the products ordered by myself during the Special Order Pottery event, including a refund of the Host Order that finally shipped May 24thAnd still have some outstanding Host itemsAs I stated in the original complaint, it was year in April, and I feel a refund is in order (as well as the poducts), as they have had my money for over a year now; they would not have sent me the product and allowed me to wait a year to pay, they would have sued me, or filed theft of services charges! The last email I sent to them, I was three weeks getting a reply. Thank you, *** ** ***

Our Special Order Pottery (SOP) event is an annual occurrence whereby we offer retired (out of production) pieces and patterns to customers that may need to replace a broken piece or add to an existing collectionWhen we offer SOP, we try to indicate an estimated time of delivery Of
course those timelines are affected by the number of pieces ordered, the mix of patterns ordered, the production capacity of our overseas vendors, and other factors like shipping container availability, receiving port congestion and customs inspections When we learned that our SOP pieces were going to be delayed, our team jumped into action to resolve the issue We were able to air freight many of the pieces, with the remainder to be shipped in January/February We also immediately sent a series of delivery update communications to our Independent Home Consultants, including one with a link to a customer letter addressing and apologizing for these issues The last two aforementioned documents are attached

In late January we moved all of our company operations and offices.  We are currently on a 12-16 week delivery schedule.  This was communicated to all Home Consultants and to is clearly stated on our website.  All email received are answered in order of receipt, but sender do get an...

Order has now been fulfilled. Please do not use the excuse you could not match name and consultant. You were given both. It should not take one year to get an order  completed. Please close complaint.  Just needed to have the truth stated

We did receive this order.  Normally we are on a 4-6 week shipping schedule, but we are temporarily on a longer (12-16 week) delivery schedule due to relocating all of our operations.  This information is published on our shopping site as well.  We do have a customer service...

department but their number is ###-###-####, not [redacted].  They are available from 9:AM to 6:PM Monday through Friday.  I checked on this order number specifically and it has been selected for shipping and should arrive within the next few days.

I do apologize for the long delay we had on shipping. The order has shipped and shows delivered as of today 10/26/2017.Tracking number is[redacted] October 26, 2017, 3:49 pm Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address [redacted]

After several communications back and forth regarding the card to be refunded, we processed a successful refund on February 6 for Ms. Grayson.  This issue is resolved and closed.

We have experienced some supplier issues which have resulted in an extended delivery on some products.  We regularly communicate any delays on product delivery to our Sales Field through direct email, Longaberger News and on the Home Consultant Back Office webpage via our Product Status Sheet.  We apologize for the delay and are contacting Ms. [redacted] directly at [redacted]@bellsouth.net to facilitate her request for a refund on the remaining piece.

Order information has been sent over to accounting to have the order refunded back to [redacted] for her purchase.

,In regards to the complaint ID [redacted] I had filed against Longaberger Company, the issue resolution provided by the company has still not been resolved. I still have not received my order promised to be delivered within the few days from when this complaint was filed. Also, the company’s excuse of delayed shipping has expired the 12-16 weeks delivery schedule as explained and no longer applies to be a true explanation of their flawed system. In regards to their customer service department number in which they stated was changed , also is not applicable as the number given does not get answered appropriately and remains unanswered and put on hold via the automated answering system. Please advise the next course of action in resolving this issue. Thank you, [redacted]
