Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: On April **, 2016, the manager along with a salesman did indeed state in front of another customer that they would get the car and fix what was wrong with it since it left the parking lot on December **, with the issues that continued to manifest When the manager found out that the mechanic who discovered the exact issue would not release the car without payment for taking it apart for the warranty company to inspect and holding up one of their bays due to the engine being apart, the manager advised he was trying to figure out how to get the car from the mechanic Once, they made the sale to the other customer, my issue was irrelevant and the decided not to follow through on what they promised in front of the other customer to make the saleThey issue was their responsibility from the start In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer was contacted multiple times by our employee Agnes and kept thoroughly informed throughout the processThe refund was processed in an orderly manner and the customer was informed that she would need to wait for her card to be refundedWe are unsure of how this became an issue as the customer was in constant contact with our employeesThe refund has since been returned to the customer

We have responded to all complaints regarding this claim, our company is unsure what else this customer is looking for? As far as mechanical issues we adamantly stand by our customers and welcome Ivan to contact our service manager (who he has already been in contact with)James (the salesperson) has also been in constant contact with Ivan, leaving us unsure of what we can do to rectify the remaining issues moving forwardPlease explain in detail what we can do to fix this situation for you

We are having a hard time taking these claims legitimately as we have paid for multiple of the services the customer claims we did not pay forWe paid for the rental car for the customer and also the towing expensesFurther, we paid to have the car fixed at the mechanic of the customer's choice Since that time the car to our knowledge has been without issueWe are unable to provide the customer with a new vehicle or $which he claims are reparations from six missed days of work, since we have already paid for the services to have this vehicle fixed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I receive the refundAs of today 4/*/I have not received any refundI will allow a couple more business days to go by in order for the refund to be processedI did not use "aggressive language" with the salesmanI did ask to be transferred to another salesman because he was not participating in the negoiation process which is a very conversation to have within the car buying processIf anything, Jason's approach on asking multiple times about the down payment amount after I expressed to him on the phone $down payment and possible more after I spoke to my husbandFurthermore I despite difficulties with Jason I still wanted to do business and purchase the vehicle with your company and asked to be transferred to another salesperson which never happendI asked Jason to transfer me, I contacted customer service and asked them to have another salesperson to contact in regards to purchasing the vehicle (all of which I have documentation of as well) and no one got back to meTherefore I started calling in regards to my refund since no one wanted to contact meI called Jason, I called customer service, I emailed multiple people, I left multiple voicemails with no response whatsoeverIt wasn't until It wasn't until I went publicly with reviews and Revdex.com complaints until I received a responseSomeone by the name of Stamos responded to a facebook message and was willing to help me, that was the only person who ever respondedI have attached a convo with salesman Jason so you can see there was no aggression on my partI was cordial and I simply wanted to negotiate a sales price within fair market value via Kelly Blue Book Value, that's to be expected not aggressiveThe way your salesman Jason spoke to me was unprofessionalYou should never justify conducting your business poorly and you did so by taking several weeks to even begin to process a refundI should have been contacted a long time agoPlease take accountability for your salesman and for your business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I don't agree with the statement the company made That is not correct, Agnes did not keep in touch with throughout the refund processI did not speak to Agnes into weeks after my "refund" was suppose to be refunded. I already spoke with the manager at Li Auto Find and told him I would drop the claim.
