In our phone conversation we came to an agreement to insure the problems were addressed to the customers satisfaction We have been in contact with the dealer and I am waiting for confirmation of successful resolution Please feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions Thank you

This is response to your E/M message dated 10/02/ I am sorry to be so slow I was preparing a letter and wondering how to send it,and to whom, to say how happy I was that the repairman was able to fix the broken arm switch, on Sppt21, when the chair lift made a pop and died Iimmediately called the repairman When he didn't answer or return my call, I called the dealer and left a message also That was FridaySept30, Normally I should give the dealer a couple days to reply, but with their track record, I don't know.What would you advise me to do ? I also plan to try and contact Mr*** ***, Service Manager of the Bruno Company I really appreciatehis professional and sincere handling of my complaint He OK'd the replacement of the chair arms, at no charge to me, which solved the problem.If I can't reach him at the company main number, I will write him, as I don't have his direct number or e/mail addresI suspect the current failure is the battery, as the repairman told me they last between and years I also know this is to be paid by me, which is OK.My only problem is getting them to answer my phone calls since the warranty has expired

Tell us why here...We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your Bruno Elite Stairlift. We have been in contact with your dealer and have verified that they did perform repairs and your lift was working properly upon their visit 8/8/2017. We are more than happy to work with you and
the dealer to insure you are satisfied with your Bruno Stairlift. If you are still having issues, please contact your dealer. I will monitor this case and insure any parts or assistance are available for a swift resolution
