companies we have a 90 day service part warranty. This part was in the unit for over 19 months and does not fall into the 90 day warranty coverage.   This refund of $348 you were asking for would not be something covered by Bruno warranty.   Thank you for your patience during the review of your 2008 stairlift.   Sincerely   [redacted] Service Manger Bruno Independent Living Aids

arbitrate this refund claim without the assistance of federal and state agencies,
or civil litigation in small claims court.   I and
most Americans believe that businesses profiting from disabled customers should
have a higher level of respect and empathy for others.  And it’s shameful for Bruno Independent
Living Aids to not care about satisfying their customers, especially over a $348
refund that we are due.
