I opened account with them after speaking on the phone with themlater on I found out everything they told was a lie they offered my extremely low rated on the phone once I received the terminal and called them I found out everything they told was a lie I never even plugged in the machine I called them and told them I want to cancel my service they kept on giving me the run around for weeks and start taking money out of my account they told me they will charge me cancellation fees and restocking fees I told them I was not informed about all these charges but they dont care I m terminally ill and they are giving me stress that is bad for me my merchant number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX they charged $already they want to charge $and more for cancellation

Complaint against the hefty restocking fee of $Plus Deactivation Fee of $just for returning the equipment after year contract In May 14th we opened up for the very first time a Credit Card Merch acct with The Merch Solutions Everything was done via phone calls and contract was send to us via email by Mr.Ray A [redacted] He explained to us The terms of the contract, that we had a year contract (Part I Section 8) that included a free Terminal He also explained that we did not have to pay anything regarding the equipment unless we cancelled before the year term Now that we're at the end of that term and want to cancel the account we are told that we need to pay a Restocking fee of $PLUS a deactivation Fee of $ This is contrary of what Mr [redacted] had explained Why do we have to pay these hefty fees if we no longer have any type of obligation to keep our acct with them We're returning the equipment (in excellent condition) and are asking

I am the owner of Hanna's AppliancesOn April 5, I sold a washer, dryer and refrigerator of the amount of $to a costumerThe costumer used a Credit Card and the Transaction was ApprovedThe next day was batched successfullyThen same costumer came back and purchased a stove and Dishwasher on April 6, of the amount of $500, which was also approved and batched successfully the next dayA month later I received a letter from The Merchant Solution, which stated that they refunded the costumer both transactions of the amount of $without my knowledge, and without consulting me for the reason of the refundI called them the next day and I was on the phone for 1/of the day and was jumped around from one person to another and they finally told me that the reason why they refunded the money was because the Machine doesn't accept any chip cards which belongs to The Merchant SolutionI told them, "why did they accept the card last month when they used it TWICE?" I was contacted by ***, a sales representative from The Merchant Solutions, who claims that by switching to their credit card services, the transaction fee will be less than 2% and monthly fee of $*** then presented a contract asking me to sign - I noticed on the contract, the monthly fee is at minimum $I contacted *** 7/27/and he assured me that this fee does not apply to me due to promotional savingsI signed the contract 7/27/I then noticed in my monthly bank statement that I am being charged much higher feesI called them, they insisted that the monthly fee to be $dollars, with various other misc fees These are NOT the terms advertised by ***

My experience with this company has been horribleI first started working with them in December of They promised me low rates, no contract and no cancellation feesI originally opened two accounts with themOne for an in store terminal and one for online processingI reviewed the agreements and didn't see any cancellation feesMy first issue with this company came when they were charging me a TIN/TFN Invalid fee of $a month to both accountsThey said the tax ID number I provided on my application was wrongThey charged this fee for months and I never received a letter or notification to make me aware of this issueAfter several phone calls talking to the representatives, that were no help, I spoke to the manager, Edna E*** who refused to refund any of the chargesThese charges finally stopped in May Halfway through June, I decided to cancel my online account with them and started working with a different processing companyI contacted The Merchant Solutions asking to cancel and on June 28, I received an email from Terry Ramirez and she said they had received my request to cancel the online account but asked me to fill out a cancellation form with a signature and dateBefore sending the form, I received a phone call from Terry saying that they were going to charge me $for the cancellation of the accountAfter several emails back and forth with her and me proving that on my agreement there was no cancellation fee, they said they would waive the fee as a "courtesy" of having another account with themI emailed her the cancellation form the next day on June 29, and asked her to confirm that she received itShe emailed me that same day confirming she received itIn August, I received a monthly statement from the month of July from the online account with fees that added up to $I contacted The Merchant Solutions immediately and asked to speak to the manager again, but she "wasn't available"Edna emailed me and claimed she had made numerous phone calls and left several voicemails to me and I never respondedThe contact number is my main business phone number, and I never received a phone call from her or anyone from The Merchant SolutionsI ended up speaking to Terry Ramirez finally (after not hearing anything from Edna, the "manager"), and she claimed that she never received the form and that the online account was still activeI resent the cancellation form on August 11, to her and asked to get a refund of the charges that were made, and once again, they refusedI sent her, Edna E*** and another sales rep the email where she confirmed she received the form, and they all said I never sent it, despite the confirmation of TerryThey claimed it was a mistake and she didn't mean to confirm, so they wouldn't refund the moneyThe online account finally closed in SEPTEMBERBy that time I was very unhappy with their attitude, dishonesty and serviceIn late September, I started contacting different companies so I could change merchant processorOne company gave me a good quote, but I decided to give The Merchant Solutions a final opportunity to make things rightOn October 3, I contacted a sales rep, Anais L*** to try to negotiate better rates and submitted a request for a rate reviewThey sent a decision of lower rates, and lower annual fee, which I agreed to, thinking I would be happyIn November, I received my statement and to my surprise, there were notices for two annual fees totaling $that would be charged in December for the in store accountI decided to cancel this account and now I have received phone calls from The Merchant Solutions saying that I need to pay a restocking fee for the terminal of $and a deactivation fee of $At the time of signing, the sales rep that I spoke to, told me that there would be no cancellation fees or contracts of ANY SORT and I confirmed with the company before agreeingThese charges are fraudThis company is very dishonest and if they lower one fee, they will add a different fee to your account the following monthSave yourself lots of stress and headaches and STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!

The Merchant Solutions POS System is very confuse system needs to go 7, 8, steps to get one order done, besides that the we don't have 24/customer service just in case we need some help

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my years of experienceFirstly I was lied to from the start by Zayn LewisHe had offered me fees that I couldn't pass ** on which lead me to believe that this was a good company but as time went by I realized the fees that were mentioned would not show on the bill started showing upSecondly they have THE worst 24/tech departmentI was on hold for min at one pointThey had also hung up on me several times because they didn't know what they were doingThey even kept transferring me to different departments hoping someone would know the answer to the issue that their terminal was causingThirdly there deposits would not match the batch close out on multiple occasions due to reasons best known by the companyWhat really bothers me is that when I decided to switch services from there company to a different one I was charged $for early termination which I understood but I was also charged $on top for terminating the contract within monthI also had to sign different contract with themFirst was on 05/16/where I read and understood the early termination fee and second one was on 09/07/which I unfortunately didn't read the fine print carefully and which is why I have to pay charges to terminateTotal of $So basically I was screwed by this company who had lied to me to switch to them than when I found a better option, this company decided to charge me double of what any other company would charge to cancel their servicesI may be to blame for not reading their fine print on a different contract that was given to me months later, but on the other hand if they had offered better service to begin with and had any intention to work with honesty and integrity than I wouldn't have wanted to switch to begin withLesson learnedDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY and there sales repsThey will lie to get your business than rob you legally

The absolute biggest scam company out there They bury fees and claim they sent the information by mail informing you of any issuesIn one year I never received anything but my statementsWhen I terminated my contract they dragged it out to collect equipment restocking and Deactivation fees I tried to get a refund and they refused to consider it saying it was in the small print of the termination agreement and also a hefty restocking fee when I turned in my obsolete three year old terminal If there were negative stars- that's what they deserve

They promise me they will beat other company, I try more that two months I was doing business pervious co XXXXXand was total expenses was more than they told me (Ray Siddique he will save me more than tdollar a month when I received the first statement I told him I did business XXXXXand you and you co charge me he said we will give you discount next month same no save no change more charge they di so I cancel my contract he told me before I made contract no contract fee no cancelation fee, and if we cannot beat the pervious they will give me one thousand dollar reward, then he send me electronic contract I did not look on contract he have hidden month I did not look either I trust the Ray all sign I did by computer mouse no he said contact customer service and they will tell you I call several time to Ray not answer my call and not email response too, spoke with customer service Terry and she said I have to pay plus cancelation and restoc

I am truly sickened by this company's practices they have lied and they charge for things that should not be charged
This company I feel is very dishonest!!! The initial sales team without a doubt lied to me to get me to be a customer with them I have had nothing but trouble from this company, they have said I was non compliant for PCI when I've always been compliant with PCIThis February I was scanned for PCI compliance and apparently they could not get into my system because of an IP address change I immediately corrected the situation literally hours after the scan when to PCI compliance They have tried charging my account multiple times for this fee They also told me that there would be no yearly fee and shortly after I signed up they start charging a yearly fee
They sold me a clover system last year the sales team told me that it was going to be able to accept all credit card payments and shortly found out that was not true also I found out that I am stuck with that
