Review: I ordered a one time treatment using a [redacted] on July 5th, 2016. When I called to use the [redacted], Carrie placed my order, but she wouldn't place it without recording my credit card number. She told me that our conversation was being recorded and that my credit card number would never be used without my authorization. I was very uncomfortable with giving my credit card number because I knew that I only wanted the initial treatment., but Carrie told me the system wouldn't process the order without my number. The service was provided to my satisfaction on July 8th, 2016. I was billed through the mail on July 15th, 2016 for the initial treatment for $74.99. I called on July 18th, and spoke with Carrie. Carrie assured me that it was an error, and that she would correct it right then in her system. Unfortunately, on July 16th, 2016, Carrie charged my credit card without my knowing for the amount of the paper bill ($74.99). My husband and I found this charge on our credit card statement on July 31st when we were paying bills. I called on August 1st, 2016 and spoke again with Carrie. She told me a mistake had been made and that my credit card would be refunded within 48 hours. I also asked for documentation that my credit card number was removed from their system, and Carrie informed me that she would send an email to me right away that confirmed that information. As of this date, more than 48 hours later, I have no refund to my credit card account nor do I have any email from the company stating that my credit card information has been removed from their system. I have called and left another message (the first message I left with the company was never returned), but have had no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded, my credit card information removed from this business, and a complaint recorded against this company.
