I received several services from Briget [redacted] of the Natural Face Place, Broomfield over a month period in After my final service of her administering fillers and xeomin, I noticed that both products had been placed improperly and in uneven amounts resulting in an obvious distortion to my face I addressed this problem cordially with Ms [redacted] who after attempting to sell me on the need to buy more product to even out my face she aggresively and in a hostile manor, verbally and emotionally abused me by threatening to sue me, to call her "legal department" on me and refused to give me a copy of my records I had to go to a Plastic Surgeon, who concurred with this observation, and pay over $2,for post-correction Due to the abusive nature of Ms [redacted] and the total absence of her mystery Director, who, by law is required to have full oversight and be available withing minutes of a problem For public safety and personal reasons I felt it important to file a complaint with Colorado DORA; [redacted] ***, (Deptof Regulatory Agencies) citing: Substandard Practice, Abuse of Client/Patient, Failure to release records & Documentation Issues Below is a copy of the public letter as a result of my filing a complaint, this case has now been referred to the Colorado Medical Board for further investigation of practicing without a licence Please look up Ms***'s Colicense [redacted] and see the letters of Admonition she has received over the years http://www.dora.state.co.us THIS IS NOT HER FIRST VIOLATION AND YOU SHOULD FILE WITH DORA ONLINE TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERSShe also has a publicly published letter from DORA case [redacted] under the last name [redacted] where she plead guilty of a Class Felony [redacted] ***

The only way to get a hold of ANYONE here is to leave a message and cross your fingers they call back, I requested a call back three times before anyone responded Hours are 9-3, which is very inconvenient and the owner is rude and abrasive and will act like a year old Do your homework before buying a Groupon or ANY package from this jenky place!
