Review: I have occasionally subscribed to the[redacted] newspaper. For now the second time, I have informed the newspaper by phone I no longer wished to renew my subscription and for the second time,, they have turned me over credit and collections agency. This is a deceitful and deceptive practice to collect money not rightfully theirs. The letter furnished by [redacted]) is a form of harassment. I am certain there are consumers such as senior citizens who would pay for a service they have decided not to renew because of the tone of the threatening correspondence alone. My intention is to contact the [redacted] in addition to the Revdex.com because of the fact, [redacted] (the parent of News-Times and other newspapers in [redacted]) likely use this same form of intimidation to others.Desired Settlement: I would like a thorough investigation of these unethical business practices.
