After submitting my Complaint to the Revdex.com, the business promptly contacted me by phone, and soon thereafter, delivered my anchor and ropeI am still disappointed that it required my action to the Revdex.com in order to get a response from the business; I will not be buying from them again

This was a sold out product order we had to go to our supplier to have the product shipped to the customer, we stock product but it does get soldout daily.We can offer to refund the shipping and handling fees....the supplier shipped it smartpostPlease have the customer fill out a RMA form on our

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm not accepting their response because when I first seen their ad I called the company and talk to someone by the name of *** which assured me that the exhaust system that I purchased does include the brackets and so I purchased them over the phone and it was *** that filled my orderTo this date the hub companies ad shows the product in question is sold with brackets and they are telling me it's an honest mistake but would gladly sell the bracketsI feel that because of their misleading ad that they owe me those brackets and I'm asking for them to make this business transaction completeAnd to avoid further issues with customers and good business they should correct their ads and stop misleading people in order to get business

We apologist for the confusion with the order, our data comes direct form the manufacturer and if the information they provide is mistaken we do not get notified.Have you received the gallon tank? How can we rectify the situation, would a refund work for you?

On the 2nd of October I ordered parts from this companyTwo weeks later the parts have not arrivedI called both the customer service phone number as well as the 1-numberBoth phone calls went to a centrix command requesting I enter my PIN numberI am unable to contact the company via any of their phone numbersI am still waiting for an email responseAs a first time purchaser with this company I will be reluctant to shop with them again

The Oil Hub is a scam operation Just try calling their customer service number - you will never get a return call and the website contact is also dead I ordered an item from them and after *** hounded them they finally sent it, but it was a piece of *** factory second They do have a return button on their website but this is also a deadend of which you will never get a response

We sincerely apologize for the confusion. The additional amount of $8.57 has been refunded, and again we apologize as we were not aware someone told you...

they would wave the restocking fee. Also, our phones were broke for over a week which is why you were unable to reach us. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me direct at [redacted]@thehubcompanies.com.

A search for a trailer light kit brought me to the Hub. There item picture showed and described the light kit that I wanted. I ordered and paid for the kit, but what I received was a totally different item. It was a short wiring connector piece. Nothing like what was pictured on their sight. I called customer multiple times and never was able to speak to a person. I left messages but never received return calls. I used their email response to orders app and never received a response. Evidently their is no coustomer service. I will avoid this site in the future.

I ordered a [redacted] ME 880 130/70r 18 motorcycle tire on 01/12/2016. The email I received stated my order, #[redacted], would ship by 01/14/2016. After not receiving a tracking # by 01/16/2016 I attempted to reach this company's customer service by phone and email. I was unable to reach a live person by phone and I received no reply to my email.
I then contacted this company through [redacted].
This company replied with agressive sarcasm.
I will NEVER use this company again and I will also let everyone I know about my experience with this company.
