I have ordered parts from the snow parts hub (hub companies) and a month later I have not received them. I have tried calling them (more than 12 times, left 6 messages) and also have emailed them 3 times. Have not heard anything from them in 1 week. I DO NOT FEEL THIS IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

One mouth in still no package,talked to coustmer survice and nouthing,do not order from them.

The product information is provided by the manufacturer of the part, we are a retailer.The manufacturer does not provide the part in question, we would gladly offer you a refund as [redacted] has done.Prices and descriptions do change.Please let us know if you would like to return the product.

I am rejecting this response because:once again, it is your companies responsibility as a retailer to make sure your customers get what you advertise and I as a customer at your company did not get what I paid for. It is not my responsibility to have your vendor compensate me, it is your companies responsibly. Pleas do the right thing and let's be done with it.
