I completed my course and after only Days they processed my certificate and waited another Days to send the certificate to me without a tracking number
I waited days and since I still didn't get it I called customer service
I was told that they will send it out and I should get it in 7-Business days
When I asked them to just email it, I was told that its more expensive than to ship it, completely ignoring the fact that they never sent it out in the first placeAlso told me that if it doesn't come in the second time they will email it to me
This is completely outrageous, and the customer service agent was really rude
The worst possible service I have ever had online

Good afternoon,The certificate received on 2/4 was actually missing the one document that we requested and was required for Mica to receive his learner's permit.  After calling the call center and spending 30 minutes on the phone, the correct document was emailed to my husband.  We have not received a refund as noted in the business reply.  How sad as this is consistent with the poor customer service we have received from this business.  Buyer Beware!

completed it and called them to let them know I completed it. I wouldn't have wasted my time if I was aware. And the website stated it (was approved for tulsa municipal court!)is the refund through mail? Or back on my card? If on card I don't see the credit posted?

I completed my driving school within the time frame, they sent me the email of completion the same day. I went to the court and told them I did traffic school. To my surprise a month later I received a letter from the court saying that my license has been suspended. I called the court house and they advised me that they never received anything from the school showing I completed the class. the hold time for the school was too long so I began chatting online with one of the representatives trying to get information. according to them they show I was expelled because I never completed the class. ummm what?! I have the email that they sent me proving I completed the class. they couldnt tell me anything else regarding it because the Arizona rep was out of the office and they had to wait for them to come back to give them more information. So now I have to go to the court house again, and most likely pay the ticket, after this company took my money and then didnt deliver the service they promised.

This response indicates that I was provided a full refund. I was not provided a full refund.  This lack of follow thru is what I have noted throughout this process as one of the complaints I've had with this company. I find it interesting that the company even offers a full refund because throughout my contact with their customer service group, I was told under no circumstance is a refund given.  I would suggest that if my calls with the customer service group are recorded that they be reviewed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING! The website boasts of same day processing, says absolutely nothing about a "cut-off time" or regular business hours on the east coast, and advertises 24/7 support. The website says "At OnlineDefensiveDriving.com we have last-minute due date specialists that are here around the clock to help you get started in our Texas defensive driving online program." I payed a huge fee to receive my certificate the next day and did not receive it. When I spoke to a manager on the phone, I was promised that I would get my driving record within an hour. I waited almost three hours and finally had to call to request it again. The manager refused to refund my payment for expedited shipping and was extremely snarky and condescending in the process. I never received a tracking number until I called and asked for one. All-in-all I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and I would not request this service to my worst enemy.

Review: I purchased my driving record thru a company called DrivingRecordsdirect.com for what I thought was a charge of $4.95 but was billed for $29.95. I received two emails showing receipt of payment of $29.95: one from DrivingRecordsdirect.com and another from Online traffic School, Inc. Per the receipt my customer ID is 4337 on 9/17/2015.When I ordered the record I thought the charge was for $4.95 but then saw they were charging me $29.95 at which time I attempted to contact their "24/7 Live Chat" which was, and has never, been available "at this time". I also called a contact number that never answered: ###-###-####. I wanted to cancel the order but was unable to contact anyone. I have not accessed the report. I will not access the report because of what I think is deceptive charging practice. I would have never purchased the report if I knew it was to cost $29.95.Desired Settlement: I want someone to call me and refund the charge on my credit card.

Review: I called FedEx at 8:24am to confirm the estimated delivery of my documents and see if there was an address to the sorting facility for possible pick-up. The FedEx gave me an address and place a hold request in stating they would notify me if the package was on the truck for delivery. The package was not delivered and I was told that because of the hold this morning the driver was instructed to not deliver the package at 12:31pm. I informed that FedEx employee of the voice message left on my phone that the package was out for delivery and should have been delivered. She told me that it was not going to be delivered but brought back to the sorting facility. At this stage I asked for a refund due to lack of services. She told me that I would have to contact The Online Driving School that sent the package on my behalf because they hold the account. I told her I would and that hopefully everything would be rectified. I contacted the company at 1:27pm and spoke with Supervisor Allan explaining the situation and asking for a refund of the FedEx Overnight charges. They agreed to contact FedEx, request the refund, and contact me with a response from FedEx. The company contacted me back at 1:52pm and Mr. Rudy at ext. 138 stated that FedEx told him that an initial attempt was made at 8:34am, however nobody was at home and that I could pick up the package after 4pm. He was very rude when speaking with me and stated the FedEx refused to give a refund and that I would have to contact FedEx. I asked to speak with his supervisor where he transferred me to Mr. Allan where I explained the situation again. He told me to call FedEx again and that FedEx would have to call them letting them know that a refund was requested. I call FedEx again at 2:04pm to relay the message I received from the company regarding the decision made. The FedEx employee stated that I had to call the company to request the refund. That what he was told is not FedEx protocol and that in order for a refund to be processed it has to come from the discretion of the company. I told her I did and that they stated that FedEx denied the refund which was not true.Desired Settlement: At this point I was very frustrated with this company because it seemed as if they did not want to deal with a paying customer and some of their employees failed to cooperate with me. I am requsting a refund of the FedEx Overnight charge at approximately $28+with tax

We have reviewed Ms. [redacted]'s file and understand her concern. We will be happy to refund Ms. [redacted] $28.00 for the FedEx Overnight charge (tax is not applicable on our rates). When management spoke to the customer, he provided the information received from Fedex. Fedex stated the package was attempted, customer was not available and at the driver's discretion the package was not left. The package was then placed on hold at the location per customer request. Please see attachment. Ms. [redacted] stated that was not the case. We attempted a refund from Fedex, who would not provide one due to their attempt in delivery. Ms. [redacted] was referred to Fedex to situate delivery per conflicting responses. It was explained that if Fedex were to refund, we would be contacted and proceed with refund to customer. At this time we will, proceed with refund and apologize for any inconveniences to the customer.

I just registered for the Indiana Online Driver Improvement class, and first, I did not receive any kind of confirmation page showing my transaction was complete. So I figure it is because I registered less than 5 minutes before, so I go ahead and try to log in to my account, with success. I set up more of my account with security questions and then proceeded to start the class. When I did so, I got an error message that said my profile was not set up properly. I call customer service and my information is nowhere to be found even after supplying ALL of my information. I then explained to the customer service representative that I have already checked my bank account and my balance has been reduced, making me believe I have already been charged as I have had no other activity on my account today. She tells me to tell her where the charge is from and I try to explain that it has not appeared, but my balance has been reduced... and she lights up. She claims I am not calm (which honest, I was) and will not let me finish. I said "I need you to stop interrupting me so I can answer your question" and she has not stopped talking. I finally use the customer card. I say "I am the customer here and you are supposed to be helping me" and she says "Right now that does not matter." I said "Are you kidding me?" I then told her I was writing this review and hung up. I don't really know if I have been charged but I am NOT happy. I am keeping on eye on my bank account.

Review: I registered with this online defensive driving course because of a traffic ticket, when registering I automatically put my current mailing address and because we are active duty my address is not the same as my ID and because I accidentally put the wrong info I needed a notarized affidavit to confirm who I am. The way the course was is that I was not allowed to finish the course until the affidavit was received, I faxed the affidavit and finished the course on 01March15 and knowing my court date was 16March I paid $10 more to have it delivered within 5 business days(01March was a Sunday). Today is 9March and I still did not receive my certificate that I paid extra money to have days ago. I called their customer service and received nothing but unprofessional attitudes from not only the workers but from the manager Brittany M that was on shift today. I was told that it was my fault it wasn't shipped, I was later told to give my contact information so Brittany could contact once she had a resolution. I never got a call back so I called back and was told that as a courtesy to me they would ship it in 3 days which would leave me at 13March to receive the certificate. I asked to speak to Brittany again because that date would not work, my husband recently returned home from a deployment and we have a trip planned already to celebrate our kids birthdays back home and by the time we would returnitwould be past my court date, that is why I paid the extra $10. Brittany continued to be very rude and unprofessional, she did offer to email me the certificate but said "the court probably won't accept it but I'll email it anyway." When I asked about a refund for my $10 that I paid extra to have it recieved within 5 days from 01 March she told me no that if they did refund me then the paper certificate would take 7-10 business day from today 09 March. I strongly feel that I did not receive the service I paid for, yes I will eventually receive a completion certificate but not in the time that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter to be resolved by getting my completion certificate not within 7 to 10 business days but very sooner when the fault was later admitted by the company and receive my $10 that I paid extra to have within 5 days from 01 March15 which I did not.
