Review: On the website it said it was court approved for tulsa county muncipal court and its not, I paid right under $47.00 and spent time taking this class and called the court and spoke with the District Attorney there and they said that this online class was not an approved defensive driving course. so all im asking is for a refund. I've called the website customer service 3 times and keep getting the run around...Desired Settlement: I just want a refund since it had false advertisment, and product was not able to be used for intent I purchased it for.

Customer has been fully refunded. We called to confirm the court did not accept completion certificate which notified me that they make all defendants aware and they cannot take any online courses.

the court never told me I couldn't take online course until after I completed it and called them to let them know I completed it. I wouldn't have wasted my time if I was aware. And the website stated it (was approved for tulsa municipal court!)is the refund through mail? Or back on my card? If on card I don't see the credit posted?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10464134, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

While registering for course I paid the extra money to have certificate mailed overnight. I then completed the registration exactly as it asked for it and finished the course with no issues. 6 days later, after not receiving certificate, nor hearing back from them via email or phone call, I decided to call the business to figure out what was going on. They told me that I had put a PO Box on the mailing address, and Fed Ex does not ship to a PO Box. I told them I had put my physical address where it asked for "physical address" and PO Box where it asked for a mailing address, which is where we receive our mail. Nowhere did a red flag pop up informing me an address would not work. But that's really not the issue. I never received a phone call or email stating such, and when I called to inquire of issue, the customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional. After several minutes of heated debate, I asked for her name, which she replied Brittney. I asked Brittney what, and she replied, "I'm the only Brittney that works here," just before she hung up.

I completed my course and after only 10 Days they processed my certificate and waited another 16 Days to send the certificate to me without a tracking number.

I waited 21 days and since I still didn't get it I called customer service.

I was told that they will send it out and I should get it in 7-10 Business days.

When I asked them to just email it, I was told that its more expensive than to ship it, completely ignoring the fact that they never sent it out in the first place. Also told me that if it doesn't come in the second time they will email it to me.

This is completely outrageous, and the customer service agent was really rude.

The worst possible service I have ever had online.

Review: I order my driving record for my ticket violation, however after I paid and download my record it didn't have full recorded so I called technical support for a refund many times and but no one answers at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refund and this site taken down I don't want this to happen to someone else.

Mr. A[redacted],We provided you with a 3 year driving record and the record was downloaded yesterday 11/22/2015. The information we provide to you is what the Tennessee Department of Safety sends us back. On your record, if you dont' have any citations or accidents it will say no results but not because it's incomplete. I'm not sure what number you were calling but we are definitely available. As a courtesy, I have issued you a refund, you should have received a confirmation email.
