The Original Puzzle

I ordered and paid for a puzzle as a gift in May. I have not received the puzzle and my emails go unanswered or a generic “we are working on your order”. I have not found a phone number for them either.

Same story as below. Ordered in April, charged the next day, end of June, still no puzzles. Two canned responses to email inquires then nothing. Got a shipping notice two weeks ago and nothing. I'll be astounded if I ever receive anything.

Same as everyone else ordered mid April 2 different orders. Charged me immediately and no puzzles. Try emailing them several times, no response.

Placed an order with THE ORIGINAL PUZZLE COMPANY, and never received my purchase. The order was made at the end of April, 2020. I received a message from this company that due to Co-Vid there would be a delay in the puzzle's delivery. They promptly charged my credit card and as of June 19, 2020 I have not received my purchase.

Totally fraudulent company. They will take your money, not respond to emails, give you fake tracking numbers, and NEVER give you your money back. So sad.

Same as everyone else is experiencing. Lack of response. Disconnected phones. Ordered two puzzles at $80 total. Disputed with *** and they ruled in their favor as they "shipped" me two foam letter puzzles in a small envelop. Pretty sure it was intentional from what I am reading. This place is a total SCAM - Stay away! Negative 10 stars would be more appropriate.

I ordered a puzzle (#***) on April 15 as a gift for my son and his girlfriend. To date ive sent 4 emails inquiring as to where my puzzle is. ive had no response from them. I spoke to my bank and I cannot get my money back because there is no shipping date or Date of arrival.

This company is a SCAM! I purchased two puzzles on April 13, 2020 that were listed "In stock, ready to ship" on their website. My credit card was charged that same day and its now 2 months later and my order still hasn't arrived (or even shipped apparently). I have sent at least 6 emails asking for a status update on my order, but I have never received a reply from the company. I should have noticed that there is no customer service phone number, the only way to contact this company is to email them - which they clearly ignore. I get email advertisements from them daily, so clearly this is a scam to get you money and not deliver any goods.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would!

I agree with everyone who stated they would give this company a zero if they could. I placed my order on 5/3/2020. Received an order confirmation that same day. I received an email on 5/10 stating there would be a delay due to the pandemic which I expected. Received a tracking number on 5/25/20 awaiting item for shipment. Sent an email on 6/6/2020 asking for status no response. I will not purchase anything from them again even if I receive my product. I do not recommend anyone else purchase from them.

What a scam. Ordered puzzle in April 2020. To date June 2020! No puzzle no refund only communication an automatic response. Can’t believe they are even allowed to continue to advertise. They don’t even deserve one star

Placed an order in April and thankfully used ***. I got a tracking number a week ago after I filed a dispute with ***. The tracking hasn't moved in over a week. It's supposedly coming from Canada not China.

Stole my money. Never got my order. Tried contacting 50+ times without any response. Complete scam.

ZERO star rating. SCAM. No phone number to call them. NO reply to my repeated emails. NO refund. NOTHING. Complete fraud.

Wish I could give negative stars. This outfit takes your money the day you order. Months go by with lousy communication and NO puzzle. Ordered through *** and hoping to resolve through them. Getting flashy marketing emails everyday. They have hutzpah.

I order over a $100 worth of puzzles 4 months ago, I have email several times asking where my items are, but no response and there is no phone number to contact the company. I would like to receive the items ASAP or be refunded by my money. I am not sure what to do at this point since there is no way of contacting the company.

Same as all other complaints. Ordered 2 months ago. No response from company. SCAM. Can’t this company be closed down??? Revdex.com obviously can’t do anything.

Like the others, I made my order in the middle of April. Money was taken the next day. I received notice of the purchase, then a separate email saying it may take longer to process due to the pandemic. I was surprised that they were sending me advertisements to make purchases for Mother's Day and now they are for Father's Day, as I've never received my order. Additionally, I've sent five email requests and none have been answered.

Complete scam. Ordered puzzle in April 8th, have emailed numerous times and no response. Guess I am out $50. Unfortunate that a company would do this let alone during this pandemic when we are all at home and trying to do things the family would enjoy.

Ordered a puzzle on 4/5/20. No communication from them until 5/14/20 that it had shipped... from China. I’ve contacted them twice to complain and ask for a refund but all they’ve responded with is a discount on a future order. Why would I give you more money for another puzzle that I probably won’t get until 2021. Given the current pandemic, it is extremely irresponsible for this company to be accepting orders when the inventory is coming from a place that has been in total lockdown. An indirect scam.
