The Original Puzzle

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give. Never have experienced a worse company. Placed Ordered beginning of April and never received order. I get the covid delays, but there is no customer service number and robots reply to emails copying and pasting the same thing. I had to dispute the charge to receive a refund, do not work with this company. It’s a fraud.

DO NOT PURCHASE - If there was a 0 star option I would make that selection as this company should not be permitted to continue to sell products. I ordered a puzzle over a month ago - my payment was processed although I have yet to receive the item or any indications that the order has been shipped. After many attempts to communicate with the company about the status of my order and a request for a refund (or at least a discount given the delays) I have yet to receive an acceptable response. In fact, my latest attempts to reach out to the company have resulted in no response. I am shocked that they continue to send out promotional e-mails for free shipping and 30-75% off when they are unable to fulfill orders from months ago. Again, do not purchase from this company!

It’s been over a month since my order was placed. I tried reaching out to see if I could refund my money but they haven’t responded to my MANY emails.

Scam.

Total scam. They take your money, but not ship your order or respond to emails. Now nearly every day I get a marketing email from them asking me to buy product. I just want to cancel and get my money back!!!

Placed order on April 13. Charged for purchase same day. Here it is more than a month later still no puzzle. Numerous attempts to contact this company have gotten me no information at all about my order.
No phone number on the website should have been a red flag. Guess I’m out of $48.90

I could basically copy and past the review from *** below. I get generic emails saying it will ship and I will be notified, but its been over 1 month with no tracking.
I get daily emails about their promotions and discounts, yet I cant even get my puzzle I ordered on April 1.
I have asked for a refund a number of times, they dont even address that, all I get is an email saying it will ship, they just dont know when.
All I want is a refund at this point.
I would NOT place any orders with this company if you would like to actually receive the product.

7 weeks after order and will not even receive a respond to my order inquiries. Just emailing a black hole at this point.

I ordered a puzzle and they have yet sent me a tracking number or any updates. When you try to reach out to them through the Email it comes up as a scam/ virus website. Telling you it is a spam site.
Their add keeps popping up’ on *** site, on my promotion site. I have tried to reach out every way possible and still NO communication and still no way to contact them.
Please do something to these scammers.

Placed order over 5 weeks ago. Received email 4 weeks ago that shipping times were slow but item would be shipped soon. I have received no updates since that email 4 weeks ago. I asked emailed the company asking them to provide a status update or cancel the item and refund my credit card. I have emailed 4 times, no response, and the charge is still on my credit card.

This is either a scam or the worst company to order from. See *** reviews one after another of not receiving product that was paid for and no return emails. Has no phone number listed. Beware!

One star is being generous. Their website lists this NY address, I thought it was a US company. Tried to be patient since I ordered during Covid times. They can manage to send me emails everyday for new promotions, but can't manage to send me my order that they immediately charged me for. After 3 emails, I asked to have my order cancelled and was told it couldn't be cancelled. Another 2 emails, and I finally received a tracking number (6th weeks after the order). When I try to track it, it says invalid on every system.

Ordered a couple puzzles from them April 14th. The website said they were still shipping, but products would have a slight delay.

Once items were ordered I got an email saying no product was shipping.

They have blown up my email with sales, but I have no idea when the puzzles will arrive.

I fully realize we are in a pandemic and these are not essential items. I don't expect them any time soon, but I would appreciate more transparency.

I reached out to them 2 weeks after placing the order, on April 28th. On May 6th I received a form letter back from them stating I should use a 3rd party tracking software. That software only accepts 5 or more digit order numbers and mine is 4 digit.

At best this is a company experiencing. Unprecedented demand, but I am starting to feel like I was genuinely scammed.

Proceed with caution when ordering from them.
