[redacted] We were very sorry to hear about the loss of Herbert (AKA/Sam) I was especially upset because he was my foster and born in my home After seeing her post, we went through all of our voicemail - the general line, the cat line and my personal cell as well as our website and facebook pages and found no correspondence from her except the posts about his death.She stated that we told her to take him to Banfield Animal Hospital which is obviously a misunderstanding as we would NEVER recommend them There are several other vets in the area that are much more qualified Also, our policy when we find out about a sick animal is to see them in person ourselves, give medicine we may have on hand or if we feel that it is beyond us, we refer to [redacted] As he was one of my favorite fosters, I definitely would have taken his illness very seriously and immediately responded She was aware that we are at Petsmart every Saturday and could have come in person She also could have contacted Petsmart directly and they would have happily got her in contact with us as the General Manager there has my direct line and can reach me immediately.I do have his certificate from the vet, which I have attached, that shows he was tested for FELV/FIV and came up negativeIf we ever have a cat that comes up positive for these, they do not come to events and are advertised online.We do have a large amount of animals in our rescue, but we are also all foster-based Each home has a minimal amount so that they can be handled and loved to make them the best companion they can be As she stated in her complaint, he was a super loving and sweet boy All our babies are this was and it is to the credit of their fosters.We stated at the time of adoption that we will cover medical expenses up to two weeks from that date Although his illness began after that, we are more then willing to cover the cost of the euthanasia as well as a refund of her adoption fees

When you applied for your passport the signature on the application did not match the signature on the license. Since a passport is a sensitive document that is issued by the government your application was suspended by the United States Department of StateUnfortunately, once an application
is suspended and we submit the necessary paperwork it takes 2-days to resolve which went past your travel date I regret that you missed your travel date but unfortunately the turn of events was beyond our control
I will privately email you the suspense letter that was issued by the USDS since it has your personal information listed
I truly apologize the way you were treated by one of our customer service representatives, am just as upset as you are. I will take the proper measures to ensure that this does not happen to any of our other clients. I will issue you a full refund for our services since you had to endure this type of treatment If you have any other questions your concerns please let me know
