*** *** I believe that my issue is with The Perfect
Smile. When I call *** ***, I am automatically transferred to The Perfect Smile. The Perfect Smile has all my records including a scheduled appointment with *** ***. I was also told that the person handling the billing for *** *** spends time at The Perfect Smile. I just have not been able to get in touch with her and she never returned my callIf The Perfect Smile has all my records why would they not have my billing records. Regardless, the person handling the billing can resolve the issue for me, at least give me a better explanation other than that *** *** is closed. But that person does not get back to me

The office is in the process of completing the work for the patient

We have left a message for the patient on Monday, November 16, regarding this issue. We have yet to receive a call back. Please contact our office at *** to resolve this issue. Thank you
