I emailed the itemized bill to the consumer today to the email that was provided, the apartments by law do not have to provided the original copy mailed to the consumer.
Ms [redacted] please forward over the copy of police report and your drivers license or a form of ID with the signature part. We will compare signatures and if they don't match with the document signature we have on file we will delete the account from our database and from the credit bureau...
