Hiwe talked with the customer and we told him we will take a look at the invoice , and if the technician charge extra in error we will refund the difference Unfortunately we did not find any errors on the billing , our company have upfront prices before we start any cleanings, we presented the price and had the customer sign an agreement showing he agrees with the chargesWhen job was completed , we had a second signature from the customer stating everything was completed as promised Unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refunds to the customerThabk You

The advertisement clearly states we charge extra for stains, heavy soiling , odor removal We gave the customer an upfront price before we started the work for himThe cleaning agreeemnt has every charge itemized If the customer already has an itemized invoice with the charges p, we don't understand what other invoice he needs from us? All because I asked for a return call, Ryan made sure every time I called that he had had surgery on his hand and that he didnt have time to deal with itIm sorry to say but that is very unprofessionalYou having surgery doesn't pertain to me having spent dollars and my carpets look like crap soaking wet and smell like wet dog! We gave the customer an upfront price before we started the job , customer agreed and signed the cleaning agreement , customer received a copy of the agreement , I really don't understand why customer is requesting a refund

Our company sent the technician back to te clean free of charge Customer refused the cleaning stating she requested a diverse team technician Our company reviews the phone recording with the customer and she did not mentioned she prefers a different technician We tried to call her back to explain the situation and she did not return our calls For any further assistance please call our office Thank You

Our company offers warranty on all our jobs , we already setup an appointment to reclean the areas free of charge Thank you

Please send us your address of the cleaning and the owner will call you back within hours, we were under the impression the problem was with the billing , not with the cleaning , we can send you the phone transcript of needs be , this is the first time we hear about the quality of the cleaning Thabk You

Hiour technician cleaned the customer carpet according with our company procedures Our technician told the customer before he started the job that he will not be able to offer a warranty due to the amount of soiling and stains on the carpetWhen the customer called and complained about the
cleaning we did sent the technician back to investigate and he reported back that the carpet presented permanent stains Because the high traffic areas are wear out is not a matter of cleaning because that is physical damage We are more then happy to provide a partial refund to the customer if she calls our companyThank You

I was told I was getting an enzyme and Scotch guardMy statement shows deep cleaningWhen I called and asked WHAT a deep cleaning consisted of I was told it was a more aggressive form of cleaningI asked for what do you mean by more aggressiveHe said they go over carpet more times, Ryan then said he didn't have time to talk he was getting surgery on his arm that day and would have Adrian call meA few hours later Dexter the tech called and he said he used more of the enzyme treatmentinstead of scoop he used 2-He also said he cleaned my carpets at a higher temp degrees so he didn't have to go over it as many timesI have spoken to other carpet companies and ALL of them said no that was not OKWhy didn't he use a roto brush or over over it againMy carpets were wet for daysI had fans on them and allMy house still smells like wet carpet, its not okayI called the next day after speaking to Ryan and Dexter I was told again Adrian was not available and that I was being pushy because I asked when I could expect a return callThis has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come acrossI am a dispatcher and CSR for a local company and when a customer asks for a supervisor or owner to call they callI still have NOT gotten a call or had Ryan call and ask if everything was okayMy next course of action is to file a small claims case in local court.
