I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appearAgain, that is not what was said the technician said "I ain't guaranteeing nothing cause there ain't no guarantees in life" our carpet was not in horrible condition as we barely use the downstairs, the stairs are the main traffic flow. I am still demanding a refund as I stood up to my side of the deal by NOT stopping payment on the check when I was promised satisfaction. That has not been handled and at this point the business owner continua to tell me about my carpet and he has never been to my Gomez, only taking the word of the technician who couldn't do the job right to begin with.   A refund of $191.00 is still expected

We gave the customer an upfront price before we started the job , customer agreed and signed the cleaning agreement , customer received a copy of the agreement , I really don't understand why customer is requesting a refund .

Our company sent the technician back to te clean free of charge . Customer refused the cleaning stating she requested a diverse team technician . Our company reviews the phone recording with the customer and she did not mentioned she prefers a different technician . We tried to call her back to...

This isn't the first time you are hearing about the quality of the job, I called Ryan the next day to tell him my carpets were still wet and they smelled like wet dog. I had fans on it and it still wasn't drying. I told Ryan that I was unhappy with the way the carpets looked. When I spoke to another carpet company they told me that they shouldn't have temp at 220 degrees as dexter told me had it at. I was also told that the deep cleaning was more aggressive cleaning and I was told I was getting an enzyme treatment and scotch guard. Not a deep cleaning. I asked dexter what was a deep cleaning and he said he added more cleaning solution to water, 3 scoops instead of the 3. When your tech called me back I asked him what it was and he said he would personally come back out and redo it, I asked for your owner to call and he never responded I was told I was being pushy! All because I asked for a return call, Ryan made sure every time I called that he had had surgery on his hand and that he didnt have time to deal with it. Im sorry to say but that is very unprofessional. You having surgery doesn't pertain to me having spent 270 dollars and my carpets look like crap soaking wet and smell like wet dog! They should have had another person answer phones if it was to much for him to do. There was no reason for him to tell me I was being pushy. Hiwe talked with the customer and we told him we will take a look at the invoice , and if the technician charge extra in error we will refund the difference . Unfortunately we did not find any errors on the billing , our company have upfront prices before we start any cleanings, we presented the...

price and had the customer sign an agreement showing he agrees with the charges. When job was completed , we had a second signature from the customer stating everything was completed as promised . Unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refunds to the customer. Thabk You

The advertisement clearly states we charge extra for stains, heavy soiling , odor removal . We gave the customer an upfront price before we started the work for him. The cleaning agreeemnt has every charge itemized . If the customer already has an itemized invoice with the charges p, we don't understand what other invoice he needs from us? Thank You
