Review: I placed an order for a dining room set on June **,2013 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. It is now 15 weeks and no dining room set in sight. I keep calling customer service and they are just giving me the run around. I spoke to them 9/**/13 and they stated they spoke to manufacturer and would be shipped 9/**/13 and received by them 10/*/13. I called furniture store 9/**/13 [redacted] told me she would check and call me back. She never did. I called today and she said she would get back to me on Tuesday. I called back and spoke to another woman in customer service requesting to speak to [redacted] and was told he's not in call back later she has no idea when he'll be in. Then she yelled at me that I was being "rude and disrespectful" because I was insisting on speaking to a store manager. I JUST WANT MY DINING ROOM SET DELIVERED!! My bill of sale states 6-8 wks and its now 15 wks and they're yelling at me???Desired Settlement: Deliver my dining room set that was ordered 15 weeks ago

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Please be advised this case is NOT resolved. They keep telling me its on its way and can't be tracked. 3 weeks ago they told me it was being loaded on a truck in Pennsylvania and would take 1-2 weeks to get to Brooklyn. 2 weeks later I called and they first told me they had no way of knowing where it was and when it comes in they'll call. When I expressed my dissatifaction they finally told me they found out it was on the truck and would be delivered to Brooklyn either this Weds, Thurs or Friday(Oct.**-Nov.*) and I would get delivery early next week. I called this morning and customer service says they have no idea of the status and the person tracking it is not in until next Tuesday. I asked to speak to [redacted] and was told he is not in until after 1:00. This set was ordered in June and I get nothing but a run around. Last week I told them this is rediculous that they can't track the truck or merchandise and I will come in for my money back and when the set comes in they can call me and I'll pay at that time. All of a sudden they supposedly were able to track the shipment. 5 months for an order they promised in 6-8 weeks(with no end in sight) is unacceptable Their customer service is beyond horrible!!!

Review: My girlfriend and I purchased a couch from the place, aka your home furniture of long island, and we were very unsatisfied that they were not able to provide us with the delivery date that they said they can deliver. After speaking with a manager named [redacted], we resolved the issue by refunding us in full. He processed the $1,000.00 on my girlfriend's debit card and the 1,500.00 (and change) on my credit card. It is now 2 full weeks later and neither of us have seen the refund being processed on our end. After multiple times calling up and getting the run around they still say its "processed" on their end and that it is our bank's fault, even though our bank sees no record of the money even attempting to come back in on the account.Desired Settlement: I wish to see both of our refunds IN FULL on both cards no later than 72 hours from 6/**/14 10:00 AM
