I have found this company delivers what it promisesAfter thoroughly researching product ingredients I have found them to be better than I could hope forThe best consumable products at reasonable pricing make it easy and enjoyable to have the nutrients needed for healthy livingI would recommend this nutritional program to anyone

I've been using Isagenix products for nearly a year and have signed a couple people up, though I am primarily a customer as I have found good results with the productsI have had positive experiences with customer service- prompt, friendlyI don't feel pressured to sell, though the support is there if I choose to! I feel like the products are of high quality and I love the community they have created

I have had great experiences with customer care the few times my product was not as I expected it to beThey sent replacement product no questions askedI've been a customer of Isagenix for nearly years and rarely do I have a problem with the product but if I do I know they will make it right

This is by far the best nutrition on the planetProducts are amazingThey also have the best customer serviceDefinitely A +

At the end of December I signed up with IsagenixMy friend from high school introduced it to me about years prior to that, but I was not impressed that their product hasn't been approved by the FDAWhen I asked her about it she said that "Our protein powder comes from milk cows in New Zealand and they have different standards than the USA does." Okay, that's fine, but still doesn't answer why they FDA doesn't recognize it as actual food
I ordered shakes since you get a 10% discount when you buy items at onceThe shakes were okayI had major digestive issues with them, So my friend encouraged me to try the dairy free onesThe next month with my autoship I got a ton of diary free natural berry flavorit was so nasty I couldn't even stomach itI also got the Vanilla ChaiSUPER nasty
I proceeded to return these items and had no problem with thisThey told me it would take days from the time my return was logged into their system to process my returnI then called after to ensure that my return was processed and the agent instantly processed my return, no problem
My last order I had to return because I tried one of their seasonal promotional flavorsI don't drink Coffee for religious reasons, and was ensured that there is no coffee in the Mocha flavorWell, lo and behold, I received my shakes and there is Coffee in themWhen I called to return the items the customer service rep got very aggressive with me and said, "well let me check how many times you have returned items because you're only allowed a certain number of returns(Side note, their official return policy is that you can return any items if it's your first time trying them, as long as its within the day time frame) Anyway, she then confirmed that I had only had return, then proceeded to tell me that I can't return promotional items and tried to get me to sell them to my friends....UM NOShe proceeded to tell me how popular the seasonal flavors are and that people are calling all the time to see if there are any extras they can order(Then if it's so popular they shouldn't have any trouble selling them to those people calling asking for them.) I insisted that they return my money because it's not my job to sell their product, it's theirsShe then placed me on a hold and got approval to return the itemsShe told me the same story of days from the time my return is logged to get a refundI'm hoping it doesn't take this longI honestly don't understand why they say thatIt only takes days tops for an electronic funds transfer to be processed and into my account
I had to pay $to return the items
I will not ever purchase these shakes againThey were effective but I won't eat like that the rest of my life, It's just not sustainableThey sell it as a lifestyle change and assume that you'll be eating their products the rest of your life
at $per shake, and shakes per day...I just can't afford that kind of life long comittment
issue I joined an Isabody challenge and was in a car accident the week the final photos were dueI called multiple times to ask for an extension, I was told to email their isabody challenge teamI did that and have sent follow up emails over the last weeks and still have not received any correspondence regarding this request
Very poor customer service and follow through all aroundI got the general feeling that everyone would say "that's not my job"

I have only been with this company for a yearI am continually impressed by their follow through on no compromise products and achieved goals of making our world and planet a healthier one
The compansation plan is unbelievably amazing with no cap to the incomeI've had a strong detest for network Marketing until experiencing isagenix?
Now for the products! I've found if your not getting the results your after you need to reevaluate and readjust your regine!! When being open to do this the experience is so much more rewardingAs our goals change and our body's as wellThe products have surpassed my expectations!
Also the customer service is phenomenal?

Isagenix has been an amazing company since I joined them years agoThe management is extremely professional, the quality of the products are amazing and the community is beyond supportiveKeep up the great work!

I was a customer of Isagenix InternationalWhen I joined, I signed up for autoship which was difficult to stopEventually, I was able to stop the autoship and went through the very lengthy process of returning the over abundance of productThe company agreed to accept the entire most recent autoship as well as, multiple other items so long as they were sealedI prepared the very detailed "Buy Back Request Forms (of them)" and submitted them then sent the product all properly sealed, packed and marked per their own instructionsThey also told me to ship them and make sure I "insure" each package-which should have been a red flag! All Buy Back forms were received and all packages were received per the tracking #'s on 6/20/and signed for by "Max" at 0952hrsThey have failed to refund my money totaling at least $not including shipping expenses of $
They have received all of their product and now make excuses for not refunding me my money and do not return e

The product works pretty well The problem is it is very expensive I disliked the auto ship and the automatic membership renewal When I saw the membership renewal I called one month beforehand and cancelled the account I was told that that was done and that the account would be open for months In the meantime, the auto ship continued I wanted the entire account closed On the next credit card statement I saw the membership renewal had been charged I called to get that refunded I was told that I was charged the membership because I had auto ship I said, that that was not explained to me The agent hoped I would just accept that and part with the $ I told her was adamant about the refund She said that she had to speak to a supervisor She came back and said they would fill out a form and it may be approved I told her that wasn't good enough and asked for her name and the supervisors name that she spoke to Well, she couldn't remember the name of the supervisor I said, I wanted to speak to the supervisor She said, they may be to busy Finally I got someone in refunds They gave me the money back, but I had to make a huge effort It is a SCAM.....BEWARE

I purchased canisters of their seasonal Pumpkin Spice Shake October There are lot #'s involved with the canisters, all expire August
I called Isagenix to report that when opening a canister - it has a smell that is nothing like Pumpkin Spice -there's an odor of chemicals, in fact even making the shake, it doesn't taste right I asked for a refund or exchange They said it's been over a year, so I can't refund youI said this was unacceptable, and the product doesn't expire until August

The reason so many were purchased is because it is a seasonal product, and I wanted to buy this before they would offer it again Also, I had just finished a conference with this company Isagenix University October 6-8,

I have been a customer of Isagenix for years This company takes extreme care to make the best product, taking great care of their customers and their business builders I'm impressed with the quality Assurance given to the product The scientific research also helps validate that the product works For me Isagenix weight lost program gave me energy, lean muscle and pounds gone I continue to do the maintenance program and I feel years younger Best lifestyle ever I have run into issues with some of the products and called customer service and they resolved it immediately Customers are number and you feel like it every time you call Great company for the user and business builders

Was charged $from the company I have never used or authorized payment from this company (or even heard of) When trying to resolve the issue by contacting customer service (a requirement of my bank for a disputed transaction), multiple times I was told the "system was down" Even after waiting their recommended duration, no support or offer to reach a resolution was provided other than, to wait and try back later

I have only been using the products and using customer service for nine months, and I absolutely love this company and everything it stands for! I have had to return a couple items for replacement but never have had any problems whatsoever Great place to do business with

I have been on Isagenix for a little over months I started this program in order to lose weight, and I certainly am losing weight AND inches, but the weight loss has become secondary to the way I feel I am years old and feel better than ever - the vibrant energy that comes from consuming these nutrient-rich products is astounding!! I feel like I've found the Fountain of Youth!! This is not a diet - it's a total transformation and I don't ever want to be without it - thank you, Isagenix!!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences as a product user and with the customer serviceOn a couple of occasions when there was an issue with delivery, Isagenix sent out replacement orders at no charge each time while expediting the processThe products taste great and have not only changed my health around but nearly everyone that I've shared it withThose that had issues seemed to be those that were not ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle
