I am hesitant about network marketing companies but gave this one a try after watching an acquaintance rave for months about itThe shakes tasted great but because I was looking to gain more natural energy and weight, not loose weight or build muscle, they didn't work for me muchI wasn't told the products have to be on an AUTOSHIP rotation either, that was frustratingI cancelled my account and got an email a few weeks later letting me know of my shipment comingAfter calling Customer Service (who was very helpful), I was advised that in order to fully cancel I had to CALL inShe cancelled my accounts and then transferred me to returns which is where I have the problemNot only do I get my original shipping deducted from my refund, I also have to arrange and pay the return shipping BACK to the company, and it can take UP TO days to receive my refundA few hundred dollars is a good amount of money for me, so to think I may have to wait that long is frustratingAs far as the physical return, I don't mind it being deducted but to withhold the original cost and offer no assistance with returning it is also frustrating
After trying this product for weeks I became ill I went to site to cancel and remove my credit card information so I would no longer be billed for products that made me sick I called my coach and told her how sick I became and I wanted everything cancelled I was never told that once my coach added my credit card information that I could never remove it This is not ok months later I was charged for more products I called company and the did nothing I know have over dollars worth of product that is garbage and missed four days of work because if made me ill I want my credit card removed and my money refunded I believe that since it was originally under days I should receive all of my money back Do not teach your coaches to lie to consumer and just steal money for garbage
The company has a day money back guarantee I returned the product because I was not satisfied They claim the refund will be made within days from logging the return at the warehouse I returned the product and received confirmation of the delivery back on March When I reached out to get a status update, they said they had no record of it being logged in to the warehouse yet So basically if they never log it, I won't get my money back This is fraudulent advertising in that they claim it is easy and guaranteed to be refundableYet they make it very difficult to return product and you have to dig around on their site before you can even find the instructions on how to initiate the refund The whole process seems like they are trying to make it difficult to return product

Isagenix charged my checking account for diet products This was an automatic charge which I was unaware I called the company because I didn't recognize the charge They said it was for diet products and the box would be delivered the next day I told them I did NOT want it They said to refuse the package and it would be sent back I posted a notice on my front door refusing the package, but they left it any way I had to go and ship the package back to them at an addition cost to me When I received confirmation that the package was received by Isagenix, I called them to credit my checking account for the $they charged me They would NOT do this unless I filled out their forms I told them they have both the product and my money and I want them to credit my account I have NOT received credit as of 2/22/and they received the product on 2/14/signed for by Nancy
