I have had great experiences with customer care the few times my product was not as I expected it to be. They sent replacement product no questions asked. I've been a customer of Isagenix for nearly 4 years and rarely do I have a problem with the product but if I do I know they will make it right.
It is very difficult to order from isagenix and very time consuming and not customer friendlyI used to be an associate member but cancelled my membership When I wanted to came back , I was required to provide a different email address than the one I originally providedI was told that this is for security purpose to protect the clientThis is crap as the customer can always change their username anytime to protect their personal information Isagenix wants a different email address every time you sign up to be a member so it would appear that they have a lot of customers, they need to change their so called security policy and stop deceiving people
Worst Customer service everI called to complain about a blender that was included in the package and asked if I could have it replacedThey had the nerve to tell me I damaged itReally???? Just by reason the reviews and my own experience with the so called customer service reps, I would never recommend people to this company, ever! You can honestly tell that this company is out to rip-off the consumer with no regard on the products they pushDo your research before you throw your hard earned money awayABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED
Purchased a one month trial and was unknowing signed up for ongoing shipments and pre-authorized debits from my account Called when the money for the second shipment was taken from my account on april 1st ($198.94) and was assured that I could return the product unopened free of charge and the full amount would be credited to my account right away On April 4th the full amount of $was deposited in my account from ISAGENIX [redacted] _V and immediately re-debited from my account to ISAGENIX [redacted] _V in the amount of $resulting in me not getting anything at all I called them april 4th and they said they didnt take it again and informed me I would have to take it up with my bankI called the bank and they said they could only launch an investigation I called them again april 6th and they still said they didnt take it and the customer service person basically said I was lying and that I had the payment
