The Pool Doctor

Our condo assn has has three pools that are maintained by [redacted] of Pool Doctor The service is excellent and the pools are always up to code Our exercise group meets at 8:15amAnd the pool is usually serviced by then I give [redacted] and Pool Doctor a five star rating

I do not recommend Pool Doctor. They did not show up for their scheduled appointment, did not call me to let me know they couldn't make it. I had to call to find out they were not able to come. Refused a reduced rate for my inconvenience since I took the day off for them to do they work. I was told "this is how the business is" and were quick to let me walk away. Also told when I said they lost my business "we do 20 pools a day".... well, won't be 21 today. I recommend anyone but Pool Doctor.
