The Pool Guys

I contacted this gentlemen for a inground pool quote, once meeting with "the pool guys" he stated he needed a deposit of 10
grand to order a pool kit from Canadian pool supplies. We signed a deposit agreement. Bank drafts receipts in place. *** then made us pay another 10 grand for stairs and pool equipment. equalling 20 grand, the digger came august 18th
to dig the hole then the contractor was suppose to build the pool that Monday, he never showed up to map the pool, then he
never showed up again to grade the pool, finally came to pump out the pool. didn't come because had car trouble twice. Then
he contacted us the wrong size pool was ordered and sent back, then walls were damaged, then he said it was suppose to be
in Thursday August 29 or August 30 delivery, upon contacting the pool company nothing was ever ordered. He said he broke
his ankle gave us 10 grand back for stairs and pool equipment and said hed need to find someone else to build our pool. I
called pool company no pool was ordered for our address and when confronted with this he said he would see us in court for
the remaining 10 grand for the pool kit and refused to give us back the rest of the money he wed us. He took our money and
never did a thing for our pool. he has now blocked both myself and my husband.
