As requested the refund check in the amount of $53.30 is scheduled to be mailed to the address listed in this complaint. Please allow up to 14 days to receive the refund. I have contacted them on at least 3 prior occasions in the past 4 months, and they always say something similar. The last time I called in November, they told me they were going into Bankruptcy, but would "mail my refund as soon as possible".

Our Records Show A Subscription Account In The Name Of [redacted] XXXXX Oak Ct [redacted] Valley Ca XXXXX-XXXX. The customer's last payment was received on 3/18/2014 in the amount of $258.20, for the 52 week service period 3/18/XXXX - X/17/2015....

The subscription service does not automatically stop based on nonrenewal; as a result the service did not stop until 7/12/2015 which left a balance owing of $71.82.
Based on the information provided in the complaint it is our judgment the delivery service extended beyond the desired stop date. As requested we have processed a credit in the amount of $71.82 to remove the outstanding balance.

I called back and they are taking care of the bill since I never signed anything. They told me to shred the invoice and forget about it.
