The quote process went fine, even though the price was 25% higher than other quotes I was leaning toward Jameson partly because [redacted] had a good review by [redacted] , but mostly because the technician giving the quote told me the warranty would be yrslabor, yrsparts, and yrson the heat exchanger, with no fees for registration or for transferring the warranty to a new owner I told him I was asking specifically about the warranty because the [redacted] website states that there is no coverage for labor and that there are fees to register for the 10yr./20yrwarranty and also for transferring the warranty to a new owner, something that is likely to be a factor with a condo He assured me that the warranty was as he told me, with no fees When I called the Jameson office to get a copy of the warranty, the office reptold me that Jameson only has a yr warranty and the rest would be as stated at the [redacted] website, same coverage, same fees When I told her this is not what Bob had told me, she said that it's hard to keep up with warranty changes Right....and pigs can fly
The technicians arrived on time, introduced themselves, and covered their shoes before entering the house They discovered and resolved the problem in a timely fashion
We had a natural gas generator installed outside and a new electrical panel box installed inside We were very pleased with every aspect of Jameson Electric from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone
The repair man (Bob) from Jameson & Wire Electric Heating & Air was very professional As a matter of fact, he was able to come earlier than my scheduled apptso Jameson called and asked if it was OK for the repair man come in min from our callThat worked out great since I was already homeBob patiently listened to every thing I had to say about our issue (broken A/C w/heat in the 90's outside & blower motor issue on hot water boiler system) He was very knowledgeable about our systems, performed the A/C repair and looked at our blower motor without trying to sell me what I didn't needAlthough the A/C part was expensive their service call fee was much less than othersI have absolutely no complaints with them and have already recommended Jameson & Wire Heating & Air to others

We called Jameson because our furnace wasn't working Bob B., the service person, diagnosed the problem as the fan He didn't have the correct part on his truck, but assured us he would have it by the next morning (today) He and his partner, a gentleman named Chris, were here before 10:a.mwith the necessary part Our furnace was up and running in less than minutes Both men were polite and professional They even wore "booties" so as not to mess up the floor We were very pleased with their service and will not hesitate to call Jameson again if the need arises
