Both Bob and Dave (?) were very helpfulThey diagnosed the furnace problem quickly and explained the optionsThey repaired it quicklyThey also looked at my air conditioner and explained we will need service in the near future or nowWe appreciated their honestyWe chose not to have that service at this time, but we will call them in the future to do itWe once had a heating contractor sell us unnecessary service so this was refreshing
I recently had Jameson Electric install the electrical wiring for my new poolFirst of all the estimate that I thought I was going to be getting was much less that what I was expecting That was great news! We were then able to afford a spotlight to be installed on our garage to shine on the poolThey told us exactly what we needed for the day to make sure when they got there everything was there for themThe Office Manager was in communications with me on when to expect the team to arrive All the times they were available fit right into our schedulesThe team, Jesse, Chris and Mark were professional, friendly and very helpful They made suggestions to changing where the filter was setup and where to put the spotlight Things that we didn't think of that they did and were spot on when it was completedThey provided instructions on how to set up the timers and work the override switches that were installed in the basementAfter the work was completed - we requested the inspector could come out as soon as possible so that we cold cover the ditches in our yard and get our back yard back in order They got the inspector out to our house days later!
I would recommend Jameson Electric to any of my friends and family and will be contacting them again to assist in some other electrical work we need don and future installation of central air

The generator system was put in by Jameson Electric Heating & Air in 2014, the installer was Jessy G On September 30,2015, Jessy G and Hayden R did the annual maintenance They were prompt and courteous I was told what the maintenance included, that the system would be tested and how long the whole process would take I have contacted a friend of mine who has expressed that she might be interested in a generator I told her to contact Jameson Electric Heating & Air and to specifically ask for Jessy G I would highly recommend Jessy G and Hayden R

Jessy G. was right on time and gave me two written options with the price for each choice. He went out of his way to get the place of the outlet in the right place for me as the right color. His suggestions were helpful and useful. He cleaned up after himself and everything works just great.
Jessy, Hayden and Ken did an outstanding job. They arrived on time even though we live about an hour away from their location. They were extremely courteous, professional and competent in the work they were performing. The job included installing a generator, replacing an old fuse box with all the wiring that entailed, replacing power lines coming into the house and installing new smoke detectors. The work was completed efficiently, all my questions were answered, and the work area was was left probably cleaner than when they arrived. I was particularly impressed with Jessy's expertise, and would highly recommend this crew and company.
