I have received good service from the relationship company and they provided me with several viable introductions.

I have been a member of TRC for almost 2 years. For the past several months, I had some questions and suggestions for the staff regarding how their service could be more effective, especially for me. After also getting similar feedback from other clients, TRC decided to invest in a professional mediator, so that effective dialogues, in the presence of a neutral party, could be had with clients, in order to resolve any client concerns and so that TRC could share with clients new initiatives that are being implemented by TRC to improve client experience and business effectiveness. I participated in one of these dialogues and was very impressed by the mediator and the openness and receptivity shown by TRC. I came away with renewed optimism regarding what can be a difficult journey (dating), as well as solutions to my concerns. I have never had such a valuable service option offered before, and commend TRC for going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction and success.

01JAN16: I joined The Relationship Company in May of 2009 after a brief orientation, and interview by Elissa [redacted]. My information was taken, and I was told to expect my matches shortly. After waiting for a very long time I finally got a phone call then letter in the mail with a match (even though the match wasn't what I specifically asked for) my impatience got the better of me. This scenario played out several more times like the first one, and from frustration I finally decided the company was taking advantage of me after paying $3,700.00. I ended up taking the company to court in Connecticut where I live, but was not able to convince the judge that I had a case which got dismissed. Most of the women that I was paired with were not what I asked for, and there were many contacts that never even happened. It is probably too late for me to retrieve any money that I spent, but maybe I can help someone else not get scammed in the future.

I have been very happy with the Relationship Company and have referred many people to them. It isn't easy finding someone to date. The Relationship Company staff is caring and committed to match you with someone whom is compatible and wants a lasting relationship also.

I have found this relationship service to be terrific & valuable. It depends on being honest and open with yourself. It relies on revealing the essence of who you are, and the people you'd like to meet. It seems simple enough. The secret sauce provided by RLC is their ability to see similarities in style and personality and lots of other things when making a 'match'. In a world that seems to have gone completely digital, RLC has a human touch and a genuine concern for their clients. It's complicated and difficult to describe in any more detail; it just works when you continue to interact with RLC after each 'match' with feedback and discussion. It works.

As a professional women and mother of 2, social time tends to be limited and precious. In using the relationship company, I was able to meet a wonderful partner, friend and future husband.
In going on a first date, it was easy to feel safe due to the screening provided by the company. After our three hour lunch, I was amazed at the amount of common interest, common value, and even common temperment I had with my arranged date. I owe that to the thorough consultation with Elyssa which I believe included a series of personality tests. I feel she has a good knowledge of people and what makes a relationship work.

Personal relationships are difficult. Afer my initial no-pressure interview I contracted them to introduce me to people I might have chemistry [an illusive quantity] with. I was pleased that they performed background checks on those I were to meet. The introductions they provided were all decent people. The first ten introductions were pleasant people but either they weren't for me or I wasn't for them. Introduction 11 was kismet. I've really been totally happy with this relationsip the last year and a half and I don't see things changing for a long while. TRC delivered a great service.

I paid The Relationship Company a substantial amount of money in 2007 to find a suitable person for me to date. They promised to do background checks and then introduce me to men with whom I would be compatible. In truth, I don't think that is possible, now that I've been with the company for almost 9 years. I doubt I've had 10 dates in all that time. And most of the men they sent my way were not what I'd requested on my questionnaire. One was a possible good match, but they were giving him other women's names and numbers while he was dating me. I was looking for something more sincere, so that ended. In conversations with gentlemen with whom I was paired, they admitted that they had to pay much less than I, if anything at all. Apparently, there were more women that signed up with The Relationship Company than men. One other recent date (2015) lasted a few weeks, but there were obvious cultural differences and after about 4 dates, we agreed we were too different and wanted different things from life. All in all, The Relationship Company simply cannot deliver what it promises because they don't have the materials (i.e. the people) they need to be successful.

Positive experience.

The Relationship Company owned by Mary [redacted] is a fraud and a scam. I have been a member of this organization for 5 years. I joined in January 2010 and paid $3500 in good faith for a service that was never delivered.

The match criteria I requested was never met. This criteria included: demographics, educational, financial etc. All of my matches were outside of my specific criteria. One example is a gentleman who called me to tell me that his profile was put on hold. He informed me that the personnel at The Relationship Company begged him to call me for they were desperate. He called to be polite and to inform me of what was going on.

It has been one horror story after another. I kept giving the staff a chance to try to find a match, but the turnover was so high that there was no continuity.

The bottom line is the owner, Mary [redacted], stole my money and ran. Her company operates in New England, but mostly in Mass. and Conn. There was no honesty or remorse from her. Her company runs under many names so beware if it is The Relationship Company.

I met my husband through The Relationship Company, we dated for 2 years and have been married for 6 years. They do a background check on all new clients, this is what really sold me. When you are doing online dating you never know for sure who is actually on the other side. The Relationship Company does all the work for you in finding the right person. I could not be more pleased with the Relationship Company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a serious relationship.
