Review: I placed an order with Sassypup and never received the dog tag. There is no phone number for customer service so there for I have repeatedly emailed them concerning this. I not heard anything.Desired Settlement: refund and to report their business practices so others will not order from them!!

Review: I ordered a lavender choke free dog harness that was a size small. I emailed them on 8/30 that the small was too big for my dog and I needed an extra small so I paid for the return of the item and filled out the correct forms for the extra small. When I received the package, it was a completely different color harness then the one I ordered and first received. I emailed them on 10/1, to let them know it was different - The one I ordered was light lavender with black trim, the one I received was all purple. I did not hear back from them so I sent a follow up email on 10/12. On 10/16 they told me that they don't carry purple, this was the only lavender item they had and this was what was sent from their manufacturer. It was not what I wanted and not what was advertised on the site. The have since stopped returning any of my emails regarding the item I received. I emailed them again on 10/17 with the picture of the item I ordered and the one I received. I sent another follow up on 10/24 and 10/31 and have not received any response back from them.Desired Settlement: All I want is the color harness that I originally ordered or a refund of my money.

I order a fleece jacket for my little fur baby two months ago. I have yet to receive my order and I have tried contacting them, but no reply. I was charged almost $50. I want a refund from this dishonest business. They should be ashamed!!!!

Review: I ordered 1-3 day shipping on a $40 kitten collar from SassyPup.com. It was a $9 charge for rush delivery, but I paid it because I could get in trouble for not having a collar on my cat in my apartment complex. (I got the kitten the day I ordered the collar.) It has now been a week, they will not respond to my numerous emails, they don't have a contact number, and I checked the post office and there is nothing there, as well. As long as the product makes it here, I don't want a full refund. I just want my $9 rush-delivery fee returned. But it's hard to request that when the company completely ignores you. I feel denied customer service.Desired Settlement: I just want my kitten collar and the return of my rush delivery charge.

Review: On June 22 we ordered and paid for almost $90 worth of bows for our dog. The payment via credit card wasprocessed, but the items never delivered. We attempted calling, but the listed number is a fax machine. On July 8 we emailed the company as follow: Subject: Order # [redacted] Order not yet received. Please advise when it was sent. Thank you. [redacted].

On July 9 we received the following reply: Thank you for contacting The Sassy Pup Boutique. We are currently experiencing higher than average volume of e-mails. Please allow 2-5 business days for a response to your inquiry. Our customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm PST. A customer service representative will respond to your email inquiry shortly. We look forward to assisting you

Review: On September 9, 2014 I placed an order for a personalized dog tag in the amount of $16.99 which was billed and funds were taken out of my account for this product-Unique Pet Id Tags Stainless Steel Fancy Heart Purple Enamel (Free Shipping & Engraving) 1HP- I received an invoice for said product with a delivery notification within 7 to 10 business days. After not receiving the product I purchased within the expected delivery timeframe, I contacted Sassy Pup via their email (as there is no contact phone # available for this company) on Sept 25. 2014 inquiring about the status of delivery. I received an automated email response saying there was high volume of incoming emails and a response would be forth coming in 2-5 business days. I received no reply. I then email Sassy Pup again on October 1st AGAIN to inquire on the status of my order and received the same automated response as before. It has been over a month since this product was ordered and I still have not received either the product or a reply from the company as to the status of delivery- even though this item has been PAID for. I am disgusted with the manner in which Sassy Pups conducts its business- especially in regard to customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to be fully refunded for the amount of 16.99 for a product I never received and no longer want from such an unreputable company

I ordered a product (dog sweater) and after a month of writing to them three different letters to see where the product was with no response. I needed to contact my credit card company and revoke my payment. If they would have at least responded maybe I would have continued with this company. I find it irresponsible to have a product ordered and not even send it out or respond to the client to tell them what has happened. I'm sure this is why they do not have a phone number to reach them as I tried to find one and there is NO phone number to contact them. I will never order anything from this company ever again.

Review: I placed an order on December 20, 2015 in the amount of $84.94. I have not received my order and when I try and email the company I get a response that the mailbox is full.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the entire amount I paid because I am tired of waiting for an order that is never going to get here.

Review: Today is 8/28/2014. On 8/2/14, I ordered one "Pet Toys Birthday Cake Blue Squeaky Toy, small" at $9.99 from the Sassy Pup, plus three "Puppy Collar Charm Paw Sliders" at 99-cents each, which I only ordered in order to meet the minimum order requirement to place an order. The order (ID # [redacted]) was processed and two days later, on 8/4/14, the total of $20.99 was taken from my bank account. I only wanted the Birthday Toy to replace one I had like it that got soiled. I didn't care about the three 99-cent charms. The items should have been delivered within a few days and no longer than a week of ordering them, based on proximity and small size, etc. About a week later, I received the 3 charms only. The packing slip said that some items may ship separately, so I did not worry. After more time went by without receiving the Birthday Toy, I tried to contact the Sassy Pup. They do not have any phone number to call them for customer service. There is only the Sassy Pup's website's Contact Us online/e-mail form. So, on 8/15/14 I submitted an e-mail message on their Contact Us form, asking when they would ship the Birthday Toy. I have never gotten a response. I made a purchase, I paid the taxes and I paid the shipping costs and they have never sent me what I purchased, though they immediately charged me for my order and took my money, and they left me with no way to communicate with them. I consider this theft.Desired Settlement: I want to have the money they stole from me refunded immediately.

Review: I placed an order on 08/27/15, my credit card was charged under [redacted] on the 28th. Order number 20130. I never recieved my item and contacted them by email and recieved no response and just contacted them with a phone number provided by my credit card company . No one answered and there was no voice messaging system.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded because I purchased the item somewhere else.

Review: In March 2013, I made a purchase from Sassy Pup for $66.98. The product I purchased was the wrong size, so I sent it back with the intent of making an exchange. Please note, I had to make my own return label and pay for the shipping back to Sassy Pup. It has none been 9 months since I made the purchase, and I have repeatedly tried to contact Sassy Pup's customer service to make the exchange and purchase a different product with the credit I have with their company. They have given me multiple codes to enter at checkout, and none of them have worked. I have contacted them about once a month for the past 9 months since their customer service is so slow and takes that long to respond. For the past few months, they haven't responded to my emails at all. They do not respond to phone calls either. Their return policy does state that they do not offer refunds, but they have made making an exchange completely impossible. No exchange should take over 9 months and multiple emails with no help from their customer service. PDesired Settlement: I want my money ($66.98) refunded to the debit card I paid with. I do not wish to do ANY further business with Sassy Pup, despite their return policy. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Review: I placed an order on Decemebr 6 (order #[redacted]) for two dog harnesses and a leash, which I was charged for. The two harnesses were delivered without the leash. I have emailed them numerous times at their customer service email, and no one has gotten back to me to say when and if they will send the leash. At this point, I have to assume they are avoiding responding to my emails, and cannot or do not plan on delivering the item which I paid for and did not receive. They have no customer service phone number, and I have sent them over ten emails over the last month which have been ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation, as to their lack of responsiveness, as well as either the leash delivered ASAP or the entire order refunded. I will return the harnesses if they send me a retrun shipping label. I should incur no cost, even for shipping, given their poor business practices. I have already bought our dog a new buddy belt harness and leash from a differnt merchant, given this merchant's not completing my order, despite the fact that they charged me for the unsent item.

On 3/15/15, I placed an order online for two custom harnesses with matching leashes for my two dogs. The order did not go through and said to contact an administrator. I placed the order again and now I am getting two confirmations for duplicate orders. Because these are custom harnesses, I wanted to make sure that they do not send me two orders and I contacted them the next day, knowing that the confirmations said that the orders had been processed. Now there are two charges for $147 each on my credit card! I can't call anyone to stop the second order and am afraid I will be stuck with the duplicate order. I've ordered these harnesses before and love them, but to not have a phone number or get any response (5-7 days response time) is infuriating me! If I have to pay for the second order, I will not ever order from them again. I just want to talk to someone before the orders go out!!!

Review: I placed an order from Sassypup.net on January 3 for a dog harness, it was order #[redacted], I was charged a total of $43.98 on my credit card. I have never received my order. I have attempted to contact customer service several times and have not received a response nor have I been reimbursed. I believe this could be called a crimal act since the company has taken my money and refused to deliver the product or reimburse the funds.Desired Settlement: Refund $43.98 back to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order from Sassypup.net on July 18, 2014. It was order #19344. I was charged a total of $56.98 on my debit card. I have never received my order. I have attempted to contact customer service several times and have not received a response. This was supposed to be a gift for someone, and the occasion is long past.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my debit card in the amount of $56.98.
