I am updating my review submitted from earlier today. I ordered merchandise from this company on 8/21/15 - 2 engraved pet tags. Just realized I had not received my merchandise. Went online to contact customer service and discovered that there is not a phone # or address for contact - only email. I emailed and received a response that due to high volume, they would not respond for 2-5 days. After googling the business, I discovered numerous negative comments on their Facebook page, as well as several posted previously with the Revdex.com pertaining to merchandise that was not received.

I had done business with this company online previously about 2 years ago, so I did not expect any issues.

In addition, just checked my credit card statement and I was charged twice for the merchandise and the number for the processing company, [redacted], is a fax.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and am working to file additional complaints with various entities, including the Federal government as suggested by the San Marcos, CA Sheriff's Dept.

Review: I searched online for a leather harness for my dog that would not be excessively expensive, and found one on thesassypup.net. The process took me three hours due to interruptions. When I clicked "submit" on Sassy Pup to purchase the harness, a window opened on the screen and closed quickly. It read that I had been put on the fraud list, that I had bought the item twice, and that the charge had been declined by the credit card company. And then the window closed,and I could not read it again. I thought I might have typed in the wrong credit card number, or made some other typographical error, which makes me a poor typist, not a fraud. The only contact information on their website was an email address, so I quickly emailed that I am not used to being accused of criminal activity, and asked why the assumption was not made that I made an error. I also told them to cancel the order since I don't like being insulted for nothing. Then I called the credit card company, and they had completed the charge instantly! A $38 harness cost me $53.98! Sassy pup replied to my email that they have been getting a high volume of calls, and not to expect a reply for 2 to 5 days. I had written in the message box of the original order that I need the harness before travel on 12/20/2014, and to call me if I needed to send them an additional fee to speed the delivery, or if their standard 5 to 10 day rate was enough to get it to me on time. After reading their reply, I know they will not read that message until it is too late, and that I will have to purchase another harness in order to have it on my trip.

Recap: I ordered an item from thesassypup.net, they sent me a message that I did something wrong--and not worded kindly, and said the charge had been declined, which is inaccurate. Then they emailed me that their customer service was substandard,not to expect a quick reply. I want a refund to buy a leather harness for my dog before travel on 12/21/2014.Desired Settlement: Refund the entire amount of $53.98, cancel the order, and please explain to them it is not necessary to be insolent to people for no fathomable reason. I obviously made some sort of error; but instead of telling me to change it, they resorted to telling me I am on the "fraud" list, whatever that is. They also wrote that my credit card had been declined, which it wasn't. I started out just wanting to purchase a harness for my dog before we left on our trip, and I am left knowing I still need to purchase a harness for our trip. In addition, I read the other complaints on the Revdex.com website, and they need to be accessible to customer complaints, deliver their sales in a timely fashion, and treat other people with respect. Why buy from people who give you a hard time for no reason? Thank you.

Review: I paid $205.99 for a dog bed and have never received it. They have no phone number on their site and they haven't answered any of my emails.

I want a REFUND. Thanks for your help.

Review: I purchased a Gift Certificate for my 80 year old Step Mother. Ordered for her a Bolster Bed. She has never received the item and they do not respond to numerous e-mails from her and myself.

She was notified that I had taken out the Gift Certificate for her for Mothers Day.

She was never notified that the bed was purchased or when it would get to her.

We have both gotten the same e-mail that states they are having larger than normal e-mails (that is the only way to contact them) than normal and it would take 3-5 days for them to get back to us. That was the same e-mail 2 weeks ago and just again today.Desired Settlement: Refund my purchase of the Gift Certificate. Then I will buy the item from a reputable source and finally be able to give my mother her Mothers Day Present.

Order placed Sept 1, billed to credit card Sept 2, order processed notice also Sept 2. If sent by 1st class USPS as listed on invoice, should have arrived no later than 5 days cross-country. NOT DELIVERED as of Oct 6. Many e-mails requesting status, replies say experiencing heavy volume e-mail, wait 1-5 days. (1 reply requested additional delivery address, but existing info sufficient to reach customer.) NO TELEPHONE NUMBER OR POSTAL ADDRESS on website. Absurd NO RETURN POLICY. Cancelled order through credit card provider.

Review: I placed an order with Sassy Pup June 2nd, 2015 for a Lovely Jubbly dog bed, 2 Barkingdales squeak toys, and 1 Chewnel dog purse toy and have not received the items in my order. On June 17th, 2015 I received an e-mail from Megan telling me that the dog bed was discontinued and to chose a new bed from their new website taliadogboutique.com. I replied the same day, and told Megan that I would like the small Dog beds browsers sage microvelvet double donut bed instead. I received an automated reply telling me they were experiencing high email volumes and would get back to me in 2-5 business days. That was 10 days ago, no response. I sent another email today to Sassy Pup and Talia Dog Boutique, and received automated messages again.

This company either can't or won't fill my order, and will not respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this order as the original items I ordered cannot be filled, and apparently there is an issue with my second option as well.
