Shake Guys were wonderful to work with. They really went above and beyond to work with the insurance company regarding our claim and getting the best products and solution for our home. All the employees were very professional, from the Account manager to the crew. They were very efficient, left the site very clean each day, and were polite. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the products used on our roof. I highly recommend this company!

It was a pleasure to work with Chad and his crew. The Shake Guys are an honest, trustworthy and hard working group. Chad worked aggressively with our insurance adjuster and replaced our entire roof before the weather turned, as promised. He responded to every email or voice mail quickly and efficiently. Outstanding experience with The Shake Guys. We experienced hail damage and Chad from Shake Guys was able to help me through the entire settlement process. Once settled, we reached a fair price for the roof and the entire installation process was much less invasive as we anticipated. Quality workmanship and they didn't nickel and dime me at all for small issues that were noticed when the original roof was removed. Great team from owners to installers. Probably the best contractor we've used since we've owned the house (17 years). I would strongly recommend this firm for any roof related work.

After the [redacted] Hail event of April 2014, [redacted] and The Shake Guys not only did fabulous work replacing my cedar shake roof, they also managed the entire process of permitting, updating the new roof to current codes, subcontracting the gutter replacement, helping me select a house painter, and they worked directly with my insurer with copies to me, in order to clarify every step of the work as either covered or not covered by the insurance before any work was performed. Before I signed contracts, all materials and work were discussed with me in detail to my satisfaction. They performed the work on the agreed schedule in a prompt manner, and their follow up to ensure customer satisfaction was exemplary. Overall, The Shake Guys exceeded my highest expectations. I already referred my neighbor to The Shake Guys and they are replacing his roof now.

Everything was handled expertly from the initial meeting with the insurance company, to the explanation of costs, to the construction itself. The men who did the actual physical labor were hard working, courteous and maintained a clean job site. Shake Guys is the best! The insurance claim adjuster provided his estimate for a complete replacement of our cedar shake roof and. Shake Guys agreed to do the job for that price. Had a great experience with Chad and his company replacing my roof. I originally contacted Chad (and several other companies) because I though I simply needed a new roof due to age and condition. Chad was the only company who thought the roof would qualify for hail damage replacement - and he took care of the entire process. The insurance company agreed and got the entire roof covered.

Once we got the claim approved, I worked with Chad to select the specific cedar shakes- grade, thickness, taper sawn vs hand split, etc. We ended up going with premium quality and the shakes were special ordered.

The installation crew was great. Very professional, worked extremely hard and always cleaned every day. The crew chief (Tony) provided me with frequent updates via text messages.

We are very happy with the roof and ShakeGuys.

Chad helped us through the entire process. The project manager, Antillio, was very professional, diligent and kind. Everyone that worked on the roof was knowledgable and hard working. Hail storm brought dozens of mailers, phone calls and door-to-door solicitors all promising to take care of the damage and deal with the insurance company. You did not have to deal with very many of these people before it was crystal clear that Shake Guys knew more about cedar roofs than anyone else, gave a thoughtful and honest assessment of the situation, & understood the claims process better than my insurance agent did. It took over a year before my insurance company finally honored my contract and paid for the damage. I could not have done it with Shake Guys' very patient help. True professionalism before and after the roof replacement. Great people to deal with.

I found Shake Guys to be very professional group. They provided a thorough and easy to understand estimate and work with me and my insurance company to ensure a fair assessment to all parties. I worked with a number of folks within the company (estimator, project manager, work force lead) but they were all on the same page and kept me updated on the progress each step of the way.

Shake Guys is a terrific team from the top (owner and president Chad [redacted]) to everyone on the team that worked on our house....very personable, hard working,friendly, and all took pride in their work. You felt everyone had part ownership in the company based on the quality of their work, always friendly, with a very good cleanup at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone....and have. Our insurance company was also complimentary of their work and quote. In conclusion they as good as anyone. PS I used this company because they came highly recommended by our neighbor's who also used them.
