I called to specifically asked about the "count" and was told it is measured vertically count and horizontally count, which did not register with me But for $for king size sheets, I gave it a try The color, which at this point is mute, was not as advertised The sheets themselves are not as "soft and luxurious" as count that I have bought from a local department store and the "made in China" tags reflect the quality even more This really is a rip off

The Sheet People's ad clearly states that it will PROPERLY" fit mattresses up to 18" ....my new Tempurpedic mattress is ONLY 13"It does NOT FIT my mattress as the fitted sheets do NOT cover the sides nor does the elastic reach around the bottomTheir ad also states "CUSTOM" Tempurpedic sheet set not " CUSTOM MADE"......if they were custom made, the company would have required the exact measurements per my specificationsObviously they are neither custom made nor do they properly fit a 13" mattressMy purchase was based on both of these statementsI will NOT accept the 25% restocking fee based on their deceptive advertising

Our sheets, as certified by the manufacturer fit beds with a depth of from inches to inches due to the fact that our sides have elastic all the way around the fitted sheetsA inch bed that the consumer states they have is NOT a problem

IT this were not clear to the consumer before ordering, they could have simply sent an email or called us prior to the order as both our phone number and email are clearly shown on the site in the event of a question, confusion, size matter etc

What I ordered and was billed for was a "split CAL KING" sheet setWhat I received was a "split KING" sheet set as referenced on the tag on their fitted bottom sheetCal King and King mattresses have different measurements so obviously the fitted sheets do not fit my mattressI have copied a photo of their tag below showing it is a King
Secondly, this company DOES NOT list any contact information on their ad; not their phone number, their address nor their email(I have copied their ad below in parts as proof.) I had to search the Internet to find their email address to write them asking for a refund as the sheets did not fitI finally found the address on a "rip-off" report posted about their company
This company has had a number of complaints due to misleading advertising and holds an F rating through the Revdex.comThere are also numerous complaints that this company does not issue consumers credit on their credit card when the merchandise is returned
I have repeatedly requested to return the sheet set and will be happy to do so as soon as I received a prepaid call tag from the company covering return shipping costsI have no use for these sheets as I was sent a size that I did not order and they do not fit my Cal King mattressI expect a full refund posted to my credit card for this purchase

I purchased these sheets based on the "inferred" online information, which mentioned "thread count" and "Egyptian" several timesMicrofiber is NOT what I expected

I have used the sheet people for over five years My first time buying from the was at a home goods show and I took home king size sets I went on line and ordered more two years ago we built cabins in NC and I bought sets The are very light weight but hold up great Easy to wash and dry I have not had to replace any over the years and Im getting ready to order more right now I have given then as birthday and wedding presents alsoI love the sheet people and for $I don;t know how any one could complain

Gosh! I am reading all kinds of negative things about the sheet people!
What is so weird is that I found the negative reviews because I went on line to post a positive review! My husband, who is the pickiest sheet person living on the face of the planet, absolutely loves these sheetsHe tells me they are the only sheets he ever wants to sleep on again and made me bookmark their site so that we could get more sheets from them!
I have slept on them as well and find them to be very soft and comfortableI don't know where they are made, but when I read Egyptian cotton, I assumed it meant the type of cotton that is very soft, and they were, so I was happy because they are softI really didn't care where they were madeNow a days, I almost assume nothing is made in the United States anymore
I'm not sure why there is a problem with them being made in India? Nor am I sure why people find them uncomfortable??? They really are very soft and comfortable It is very weird cause usually when I find bad reviews, I agree with them, this time, I have to admit, I am really confused! We love these sheets!
Maybe the owner or manager is just rude to people and doesn't use good sense or business practices in dealing with the public, so he is shooting himself in the footBut as for the product, I think the sheets themselves are great! Go figure!!

The sheets themselves are not as "soft and luxurious" as 700 count that I have bought from a local department store and the "made in China" tags reflect the quality even more. This really is a rip off.

The Sheet People person never has address that I received a E-mail from their employee Amy.Saying that they had received my returned sheets and would issued credit of $140.70 in few days.
This is a fraud on their part, good try.
