The Sheet People

This sheets are not cotton as they claim, they are 100 synthetics, made in China there is nothing at all of Egyptian cotton in this items, how they can claim to be and get away with that I don't know....if is to good most like it is not true...it cost me 49.95...my sheets are already in the garbage...I have no use for this item....

The business response is a lie as he neglected to tell you that when I asked for a refund he said "F[redacted] You" to me and then disconnected the call. He argued with me regarding where I live and my mailing address as I tried to explain we do not have mail carriers out here as we live in a very rural area. We have never had a problem with receiving deliveries until now. And no, I did not accuse him of fraud, I accused him of theft. He took our money and we never received the item we had paid for. We received our money back from PayPal and now, unfortunately for PayPal, they will have the "pleasure" of dealing with him. I took notice that this company is NOT a member of your organization and now I can see why. Thank you for your assistance and prompt response with this matter.

The Sheet People are great to work with. The sheets are awesome. These are the only sheets I will buy and I tell all my friends about them. Great price and quality

The Tracking number provided by the consumer to you in your email is invalid. It has too many numbers and the USPS will not accept it. I have been trying to get a correct tracking number on numerous occassions and the number keeps changing, almost like its being made up. Without this number, there is no proof of return and we can not proceed further.

I ordered 2 sets through a friend that was placing a large order, and loved them so much I ordered 4 more sets as gifts. I received a confirmation and tracking number via email. Two to three weeks passed and I had not received the package so I called, left a message, the company called back the next day and left a message for me. We played phone tag a few times due to my hectic schedule. Within a few days we connected and the company had already checked on my order and tracking number and had a new shipment sent out immediately. It arrived within days. I am going to purchase 5 more sets for family members. These sheets are soft like butter!!! I will only buy my sheets from them and I recommend this company to all my friends.

Dye can only run into your hair if your hair or the sheets are wet. Dye can not run into your hair unless water/moistture is present.

I don't understand, I see the word "offer" but I don't see that there is any offer.
The sheets were washed before the dye was in are hair when we brushed it was all over the brush, the pillows both had dye and the mattress which like I said was rubbing off the mattress on to other sheets the pillows also have dye which is also rubbing off, I needed new pillow and a refund for that one sheet. I am using one of the others sheets & I don't see anything rubbing off, but I needed to cover the mattress with an old sheet to keep the red dye from rubbing of. I am not sure why you are talking about wet sheets or pillows we do not sleep on wet sheets. May be you should call me so we can work together XXX XXX XXXX

We have not made an offer as we have done nothing wrong. We have delivered the product in full exactly as ordered. It is the consumers responsibility to wash colors prior to use in cold water to set the dye's so that they do not run/bleed.

I have said over and over that I did wash the sheets this is something I always do. And as I said I have not had an issue with the other colors just this one. By saying you have not done anything wrong and not working with me on this issue in it self is wrong, I never said you or the company did anything wrong there is an issue with this one sheet set for this to have happened to me also I have washed these sheets three times trying to get them to stop bleeding color and they are still bleeding. I did spend a great sum of money on all five sets I would think you would want to keep me as a customer. I think my request is very resonable with the damage that was done to my bed blanket pillows ect. I am very disappointed with how this issue is being handled.
