I refunded the customer for all 8 items they purchased even though they were only having problems with 2 of the 8 items and allowed them to keep the merchandise.

Pretty pathetic that I had to resort to contacting the Revdex.com to resolve this issue. This was clearly an instance of "we will ignore this man and hope that he goes away so we don't have to honor our LIFETIME...

GUARANTEE." Cheap products and even cheaper customer service. Stay clear of this company if you value either.

I'm very sorry, that the other voucher didn't work.  It looks like it was expired so I extended the expiration date until October 2018. This voucher code is now active.[redacted]
