It has given our family a cleaner water source to use daily in our home.

My experience with them was less than stellar I'll just call it disgraceful.
This company is beyond pushy. They called me numerous times to try and schedule a "Free Appointment" to test our water. The first gentlemen was extremely friendly. However every time I spoke with this company the questions was always "When will you and your wife be home." I explained that they can talk to me PERIOD!
Matthew this is me sharing my pride after your disgraceful interaction this morning to confirm an appointment. First off I am very familiar with high pressure sales and making sure the decision makers are present. Asking me if I am "qualified" to "make a decision" on my own is disgraceful, insulting and speaks to your lack of professionalism and intelligence. When I told you this was disrespectful telling me continue to show my pride is just ridiculous. So here is me showing my pride. Learning to talk and deal politely with customers will get you a lot further in life. You get more with honey than with vinegar!

Source H2O has been amazing. Not only has our quality of drinking water increased, but we spend less money on cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. Source H2O as a company backs their product and has given us excellent customer service and support. Thanks Source H2O!

We love our water softener system and drinking water filtration system from The Source H2O. Michelle is always amazing when we call to schedule any service. James, our tech, was thorough, courteous and super helpful.

The Source H2o is absolutely wonderful, the water techs are very knowledgeable,the installers do an amazing job at putting the system in & the customer care center is very helpful! Now that I have Pure water I've become a water snob! Lol. No other water tastes as good as my Pure water from my RO system right in my home. I love it! Definitely helped out my family & health! Highly recommend! Everyone needs clean water & this is the company to do it!

I have had my system for 15 yrs,, their customer service is great with Michelle taking your call she is always very helpful and George the service tech is very knowledgeable I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a water system to have awesome water.

Currently in the process of moving and I wanted to take my filtration system with me. Michelle was very kind and helpful in getting the installation set up in my new home quick.!

WOW where do I start with this Company. They have been great from the first day I contacted them. I moved here from Florida and needed my whole house system installed and didn't know anyone in the area so I just had to call random water companies in the area. Most companies wanted to sell me a new system or an upgrade my old one, UGH....but Michelle from The Source H2O was like no problem we can be out to install your unit for you next week. I was like awesome.
Michelle sent out a great technician named Ryan who was a very detailed oriented and he treated my new home like it was his own. He did such a great job and had a great personality to go with it. He explained why he was running the tubing the way he did instead of just coming in installing it and leaving with no explanation why it was ran the way it was. I also like he was a veteran!!! I love and use companies that hire Vets!! Ryan completed the job with no hidden charges or issues.
Great job and I would highly recommend this company.

To date we have received no reply. A follow-up letter was written October 16, 2018.

Additional information includes that contact was made with *** on August 10 and installation was Saturday, August 11, 2018 and credit card loan was made with *** August 12, 2018

FIRST LETTER TO THE SOURCE H20

Lender: *** Credit XXXX XXXX XXXX ***
This letter is to inform your company of the following information:

1. I (***) have had Power of Attorney for *** since July 18, 2008
2. *** (’s neighbor) also has Power of Attorney effective September 2018.
3. Attached is a letter from Dr. ***, ***’s doctor, dated October 1, 2018
attesting to ’s mental assessment in the dementia range.

• ***, my step-mother, is 77 years old.
• She is of Philippine decent. English is her second language. She is very deliberate in her speech and understands only if person speaking to her is also slow and deliberate.
• She does not own (nor is able to operate) a computer, iPhone, iPad, or electronic tablet and is illiterate in the most basics of today’s technology not only as to operation of devices but terminology associated with them.
• *** lives on her social security.
• *** has dementia verified by her doctor.

The Source H2O made initial contact with *** door-to-door, saying they had a referral and that there was something wrong with her pipes. Due to her diminished mental capacity it was easy to convince her that she needed help to correct eroding pipes and poor-quality water.

She had no understanding of total cost of equipment and installment. She lives on social security and I have to supplement her monthly income in order to meet her monthly bills. Thus, *** is in no way able to afford $6,970.00, which is the amount (without interest) now charged to a lender’s credit card account (***). Additionally, they (The Source H2O representative) had her sign an electronic tablet to complete the transaction. *** had absolutely no understanding that she was signing a binding contract. She didn’t even understand what an electronic tablet was.

I hope that this letter is sufficient to void any and all contractual agreements made with ***. Please provide verification of release of the contractual agreement and associated lender charges. Please expedite this matter by contacting myself or *** in order to pick up your equipment.

I wrote to you on October 4, 2018 concerning the contractual problem between The Source H2O, *** (lender) and ***. To date I have not received a reply.

I was on the phone with you during your meeting with *** at her home on September 17, 2018. I explained to you at that time that we, as her family, were in the process of making new living arrangements for *** as we were concerned about her physical and mental inability of living alone. We need to reconcile this matter so that we can proceed with making these new living arrangements for .

I would also like your answers to the following questions:

1. What is your permit number to sell door-to-door?
2. Was *** a referral and if so who referred her information to you?

We would appreciate you expediting this grievous matter as it is at the heart of our family making new living arrangements for ’s care.

We look forward to hearing from you and to the swift resolution of this matter.

Today, we had a service visit for our water filtration system, which we've had for approximately three years. Darryl, did his job professionally and answered all our questions. A friendly fellow,
he was quick and efficient! Since we have a softener with our system, we also have a Reverse Osmosis filter for the kitchen sink and use it for our drinking water. We live in a rural area and our water comes from a well. So we're glad we purchased from The Source H2O...it does a great job!

They are amazing!! They went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. The technician came back on his day of!

We love our new water system. Is great not having so much build up. It’s so nice to not have to buy water bottles or refill a water dispenser. Their staff is amazing and very friendly! Keith was great when he came out to introduce everything to us. I’ve never met someone so excited about what they do! James was awesome too when he came to install our system. We appreciated the customer service!

The team we worked with was wonderful! They were very informative and patient with us and our questions. They did a demonstration of the water's cleaning properties by itself and it was amazing how they got a rust stain from by our fridge off of my linoleum floor! Both of my children and myself suffer from really bad eczema and since using the Source H2O system we have not had any break outs or nearly as much itchiness!!! I would recommend them to every one I know and I hope people will give them a try!
